9. AM QC visited Kleve, Germany on official tour from 9 th July, 2016

till 20th July, 2016 including journey days with the approval of chairman POF-
WBM Board vide Para 5/N. As per clause 19 of WBM HR policy regarding
TA/DA, visit is inline with the provision of such claims mentioned in approved
HR policy. As his boarding / lodging was fully sponsored, so he was given 30%

10. Extra expense incurred on DA due to rescheduling of visit by the

36. Chairman POF & WBM Board has very kindly approved visit of
CEO-WBM and Dir MIS, POF for training on L2 & L3 automation system in
Czech Republic from 21st to 23rd June, 2016 vide Para 18/N. F&A-WBM issued
advance amounting Rs.22,400/- for visa fee & health insurance. Accordingly
visa fee was paid & health insurance was arranged. But later due to
rescheduling in the last moment, health insurance cannot be cancelled &
expired which was re-obtained from M/s United Insurance (invoices attached).

15. AM QC visited Sharjah, UAE for PSI of Metallurgical Microscope on

official tour from 22nd Aug, 2016 till 25th Aug, 2016. An advance amounting Rs.7,200/-
for passport & health insurance. AM QC has paid Rs.5,000/- as passport fee (copy of
passport is attached) as far as his health insurance is concerned, his health insurance
