COMMITTEE UNITED NATIONS HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR
REFUGEE (UNHCR)
PRESIDENT- JACOB ZUMA

This must be a world of democracy and respect for human rights, a world
freed from the horrors of poverty, hunger, deprivation and ignorance,
relieved of the threat and the scourage of civil wars and external aggression
and unburdened of the great tragedy of millions forced to become
refugees.Nelson Mandela,

Africa has 1.2 billion people, that are basically the same as India, except
that Africa is a continent made up of 54 countries and Africa has very unfair
wealth distribution, so the rich are very rich and the poor are very poor.
Seventy-five percent of the worlds poorest countries are located in Africa.
South Africa has 53 million people and 26.6% of the people living in South
Africa do not have jobs and 2.2 million people living in South Africa are
immigrants thus making life very difficult for them

The civil war in South Africa began due to . There are several causes of
the civil war and they are slavery, states rights, and abolitionist movement.

The solutions to stop civil war are

We need to educate ourselves on this issue and develop a closer, more
respectful relationship to Muslims and the Islamic world.

Of course, preventing conflict in Africa is primarily a task for Africans. But the
1990s showed that outside help is needed. the nice-sounding nostrum of
"African solutions for African problems" became an excuse for neglect, until
the images of human suffering in Africa became impossible for the west to
ignore -- leaving humanitarian relief as the only real option.

While black South Africans have experienced huge upliftment since 1994,
the pace of transformation and spread of wealth is less than desirable.
While it may be easy to blame white South Africans for their recalcitrance, a
good portion of blame must also be heaped onto our new black political
elite.
Yes, things do need to change. But bloodshed is almost never the answer.

So finally as a conclusion to stop civil wars we need to learn about the issue
and solve it.
