Standard Three: Management of Organization, Operations, and Resources.

A building-level education leaders applies knowledge that promotes the success of every student by
ensuring the management of the school organization, operation, and resources through monitoring and
evaluation of teachers, school resources in a school environment; promoting and protecting the welfare
and safety of students and staff; developing school capacity for distributed leadership; and ensuring that
teacher and organizational time is focused to support high-quality instruction and student learning.

Personal Statement.Standard#3: Leaders believe all students can be successful when research based
programs are used with fidelity and thoughtfulness.

Goal Standard #3: Implement the Tier 2 program with fidelity.

Artifact/Standard #3: Use data to effectively plan Tier 2 interventions with fidelity. Achieve the Board
of Education goal of 55% or more of students exited from the Tier 2 program in June.
