5/9/17: Reminders every morning about routine and expectations; is with group about
100% of the time; can do work with adult but not independently; Next year Lao would
like to start out with behavior chart; teacher needs to build relationship right away;
changes at home affects him at school

on Lelands progress. Dad agreed to do SpEd parent interview
and set up a phone conference for 2/24/17 at 4:30 p.m.
March 2017: SpEd testing has began.
