Learning Priority: Growing consistency and predictability of behaviour and responses.

Ammar, I have noticed that you always show keen interest in puzzles, specially whenever you see
a new puzzle you would definitely would try to do it. No matter how hard the puzzle is you are
determined to finish it, because you just love fixing puzzles. The other day when you took a
puzzle and sat on the table and mixed all the pieces together I was thinking would you be able to
finish it? This puzzle had about 30 pieces. so I started to observe you. I could see how persistent
you were. You looked carefully every time you picked up a piece and tried it in different places
until you found right place for it. You sat there with this puzzle quite a long time and concentrated
until you achieved your goal. I was so happy to see you tried really hard to finish a job that you
started to do. When you finished the whole puzzle we talked about the picture you could see. You
said you loved this puzzle because you like those characters in the picture.

Puzzles has enormous potential and can help children

develop vocabulary, language skills, math skills,
geometric shapes and fine motor skills. The
attraction of filling the pieces of a puzzle into the right
place lies in the process of manipulating the piece in
all direction and discovering the one and only correct
way that it will fit which give children enormous
satisfaction.
