This document supplements the Canadian National Report for the Fifth Review Meeting of the
Convention on Nuclear Safety. By offering additional and detailed information in response to
113 specific questions received from 15 Contracting Parties, the document demonstrates how
Canada has implemented its obligations under the Convention on Nuclear Safety. This
document is produced by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission on behalf of Canada.
