2. The 380V breaker should be on test position.
STATIC TEST

Plant status comment

With the circuit breaker on test
position and selected on local, close
and confirm the run/on indication on
the switch gear.

DYNAMIC TEST

Plant status comment

With the circuit breaker racked in and
selected on local start the clinker
grinder confirm plant running
With the circuit breaker racked in and
selected on remote start the clinker
grinder and confirm plant running
With the plant running trip the clinker
grinder and confirm the running HP
sluicing pump trip
Simulate an overload protection
scheme the clinker grinder should
trip.
With the circuit breaker racked in and
selected on remote/local press
reverse motion button and confirm the
reverse rotation of the clinker grinder
