-MY PROPOSAL FOR THE CREATION OF A PALESTINIAN STATE IN THE EAST PALESTINE-

How it all started?

Many yrs. ago I had a practical proposal about it, included the map of the place for it as the
present Governate of Mafraq in Jordan, or what it is the biggest part of East Bank of East
Palestine, which I posted in my Facebook, account but didn't do much further with it.

Recently when I heard the speech by new US President Donald J. Trump, and his
commitment to make a Peace between us Israelis and the Palestinians, I decided that
something has to be done about my prior original idea for the proposed Palestine.
So I waited until there was a announcement that he will visit Israel on May 22nd 2017 and I
wrote him a personal letter, with copy to his Son in Law Mr. Jared Kushner, whom he
appointed as Senior Adviser for the purpose of Israeli-Palestinian Peace talks.

Dear Mr. President,

Since you have the best intention to make the true peace between us Israelis and
the Palestinians I'd like to suggest you something which, as a matter of fact might
work, and become safe Heaven for us as well as our counterpart Palestinians from
all Middle East.

But before there is even slightly suggestion about it by you, and/or anybody of your
team you pointed for that purpose such as your Son in Law Jared Kushner for
example, there has been actually history that is connected and relevant to this
areas, which someone has to be aware of, before there is any new original serious
proposal to be put on the negotiating table.

PALESTINE AS A MATTER OF FACT NEVER EXISTED AS A STATE IN THE

HISTORY!

Through the history it was known as Roman province named Syria

* End of Roman persecution of the first Christians was under Emperor Constantine
(AD 313). On 27 February 380, Roman Emperor Theodosius I enacted a law

That resulted with immediate change of the name Judea into name "Palestine", or
more correct Syria Palaestina at that time. That was given by the Romans to the
area of the existing Jewish kingdom at that time called Judea(See:

when they joined so called "Sea Peoples"(See:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sea_Peoples/) in their intention to occupy the Ancient
Egypt in the period between 1200-900 BC. After they were taken as a Egyptian
prisoners, third of them were killed on the spot to manifest cruelty of the Pharaoh,
third were taken as slaves while other third were taken for household's duties in the
rich and important Egyptian's houses of that time. Their wives, children and elders,
who saw that warriors didn't return, left their homes and integrated into other tribes
in those areas.

THEREFORE PALESTINIAN'S CLAIMS TODAY, THAT THEY ARE DESCENDENTS OF

THE ANCIENT PHILISTINES, ARE FALSE, HISTORIC FORGERY AND WITH NO
BASE WHATSOEVER WHEREVER...ON CONTRARY... ALL PROVES SHOW THAT
PHILISTINES TRACES DISSAPEARED SHORTLY AFTER THEIR FAIL IN THE

* Now few facts about our neighbourhood country- Jordan. Great-grandfather of
today's Jordanian Hashemite's king Abdullah II, named also Hashemite ruler
Abdullah I bin al-Hussein (See:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdullah_I_of_Jordan/), was Sheriff in the holiest city
of Islam Mecca, in Saudi Arabia. But since Bedouin's tribe (Hamula-in Arabic) at that
time called Ibn-Saudi was bigger than then the tribe of Abdullah they won over the
rule in Mecca. That's why all this area is ruled by the descendents of the Ibn-Saudi
tribe and called Saudi Arabia. Brits, who ruled part of the area called "Cisjordania" or
"Transjordan" at that time, gave to Abdullah safe Heaven in the two areas such as
Ma'an and Tabuk (out of three areas, after they have been divided Transjordan into
Ajloun, Balqa and Karak) and later they gave him rule over those three as well.(See:

as Emir of Transjordan, Abdullah later became king of Jordan until a Palestinian
nationalist, who was a 21-year-old tailor's apprentice, Mustafa Ashu assassinated
him at Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem back to 1951. Next year in 1952 Jordan
changed its name into the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

* There had been tension and conflict between the Arabs and the Jews, and
between each of them and the British forces, ever since the 1917 Balfour Declaration
and the 1920 creation of the British Mandate of Palestine. British policies dissatisfied
both Arabs and Jews. The Arabs' opposition developed into the 19361939 Arab
revolt in Palestine, while the Jewish resistance developed into the Jewish insurgency
in Palestine (19441947). In 1947 these ongoing tensions erupted into civil war,
following the 29 November 1947 adoption of the United Nations Partition Plan for
Palestine which planned to divide Palestine into three areas: an Arab state, a Jewish
state and the Special International Regime for the cities of Jerusalem and
Bethlehem. The plan was accepted by the Jewish Agency for Palestine, and rejected
by Arab leaders. Next year, the Jewish Agency declared "the establishment of a
Jewish state in Eretz Israel, to be known as the State of Israel.

* On 15 May 1948 the ongoing civil war transformed into an inter-state conflict
between Israel and the Arab states, following the Israeli Declaration of
Independence the previous day. A combined invasion by Egypt, Jordan and Syria,
together with expeditionary forces from Iraq, entered Palestine Jordan having
declared privately to Yishuv emissaries on 2 May it would abide by a decision not to
attack the Jewish state. The invading forces took control of the Arab areas and
immediately attacked Israeli forces and several Jewish settlements. The 10 months
of fighting, interrupted by several truce periods, took place mostly on the former
territory of the British Mandate and for a short time also in the Sinai Peninsula and
southern Lebanon.

As a result of the war the State of Israel retained the area that the UN General
Assembly Resolution 181 had recommended for the proposed Jewish state as well as
almost 60% of the area of Arab state proposed by the 1948 Partition Plan, including
the Jaffa, Lod and Ramle area, Galilee, some parts of the Negev, a wide strip along
the Tel-Aviv-Jerusalem road, West Jerusalem, and some territories in the West Bank.
Transjordan took control of the remainder of the former British mandate, which it
annexed, and the Egyptian military took control of
the Gaza Strip. At the Jericho Conference on 1 December 1948, 2,000 Palestinian
delegates called for unification of Palestine and Transjordan as a step toward full
Arab unity. No state was created for the Palestinian Arabs.

* I want to go further with telling you about annexation of the West Bank by Jordan
(INCLUDING EAST JERUSALEM) on 24 April 1950, after they captured it at the War
of Independence in 1948, or our Six Day War back to 1967 (See:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six-Day_War/) when we took it back from Jordan,
together with Gaza Strip from Egyptians and Golan Heights from Syria.

* In 1973 Yom-Kippur War (See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yom_Kippur_War/),

was a war fought by a coalition of Arab states led by Egypt and Syria against Israel
from October 6 to 25, 1973. The fighting mostly took place in the Sinai and the
Golan Heights, territories that had been occupied by Israel since the Six-Day War of
1967. The war began when the Arab coalition launched a joint surprise attack on
Israeli positions in the Israeli-occupied territories on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in
Judaism, which also occurred that year during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
Egyptian and Syrian forces crossed ceasefire lines to enter the Sinai
Peninsula and the Golan Heights respectively.

*What I want is to pinpoint here the following facts:

1) Palestinians who lived in Jordan, as lawfully Jordanian citizens, launched full scale
war against the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan back to 1970 under the leadership of
their late PLO chief Yaser Arafat, because they wanted to rule Jordan. Armed conflict
ended with the expulsion of the PLO leadership and thousands of Palestinian fighters
to Lebanon through Syria.(See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_September/)

2) While been in Lebanon armed with weapons PLO (See:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestine_Liberation_Organization/), who has been
founded in 1964 under the Jordanian administrative rule, expelled Christians from
their homes in the South Lebanon, so that they can rocket the Northern Israel and
make terrorist acts in that part of Israel. The result of their ongoing armed
provocation resulted with war called 1982 Lebanon War or in Israel "Peace for

3) When we decided to give up completely military control of the Southern Lebanon,
instead of peaceful UNPROFOR Forces, Iranian backed terrorists of Hezbollah took all
our previous army positions, and started to shoot to Israel, just as their previously
Palestinian colleagues. That resulted with 2006 Lebanon War or "Second War in

4) We decided completely to withdrew from the Gaza Strip (See:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaza_Strip/), back to 2005 under the unilateral
disengagement plan, while leaving relatively moderate Fatah Party in power. But just
two yrs. later terrorist's Hamas took over the Fatah, killed many of them and putting
some other in the prisons where they've been interrogated and tortured by some of
the worst methods mankind can imagine. In July 2007, after winning the 2006
Palestinian legislative election, Hamas became the elected government. In 2007,
Hamas expelled the rival party Fatah from Gaza. This broke the Unity Government
between Gaza Strip and the West Bank, creating two separate governments for the
Occupied Palestinian Territories. Immediately after Hamas took over they started to
rocket Israel on the daily basis. That lead to the several military actions done by us
such as the War in 2008 (See:

2014 Israeli-Gaza conflict (See:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Israel%E2%80%93Gaza_conflict/). As I am
writing to you this letter, there are still ongoing rocketing to Israel,
directly by HAMAS or other HAMAS backed terrorist groups.

Although this is quite a long letter, but there are certain historic facts that need to
be known before any decision is taken, because it might be too late, just as my
previously letter haven't been taken seriously, which was sent to late Prime Minister
Yitzhak Rabin and majority of his Ministers, prior to the faithfully signatures of
the Oslo Accords (See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oslo_Accords/)in Washington
DC back to 1993, which eventually resulted with his assassination years later in
2005.

Dear Mr. President,

I don't know if you believe in G-D or not, but although I am not religious Jew I do
believe in G-D, and I wish to ask you one simple question:"Do you think G-D
wouldn't make it happened... "State of Palestine" since the Oslo Accords until now...
during all these long period of full 24 yrs. of endless trials, various mediators and
heavy pressures by all sides involved in the process, and after 100 yrs. of Arab's
struggle against Jews in Israel?"

I THINK THAT THE ANSWER IS VERY CLEAR!

But I also believe that history has been waiting for such special person to
do so, and it is your Mr. President!

But NO NOT in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem, dealing with problems for
return of their potential refugees numbered in millions, not by dividing the Eternal
Jerusalem into two states, not in the negotiations about link between Gaza and West
Bank across Israeli territory, not by giving the Hamas chance to rule the future
"State of Palestine", by shooting on us from all directions as they are doing today
from Gaza Strip, not by removal of our legitimate Israeli citizens... you are calling
"Settlers" and deletion of their homes, whose biggest crime BTW was to settle on
our historically sites based on the Bible, and found here 2000 yrs. later by clear
archeologically marks!!!

But how then and where? Sometimes answer is more simple than you can
anticipate!!!

They claimed that they are Palestinians and they want to live in the Palestine. Well
Palestine has two Banks...West and East Bank...where East Bank is much bigger
than the West Bank

(with Gaza combined together), and almost empty of the residents, and it is only 4
out of 12 Jordanian provinces such as Ajloun, Jarash, Zarqa and Mafraq. There they
will have a territory bigger than the West Bank with Gaza combined and be
surrounded with their friendly Arab nations who supported their struggle all the way
such as Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Jordan....and will not have any border/s with
the State of Israel and therefore no conflicts with us of any kind. And what about
their Jerusalem...Well they wanted it just because of the Dome of the Rock and Al-
Aqsa...which can be dismantled completely rock by rock, tree by tree, stone by
stone...original as it is, just as much more famous place has been dismantled in the
recent past back to 1968 and moved away in the past named Abu Simbel in

Such move will bring immediate peace in this region, because their
neighbours such as Syria and Iraq will be busy building the future "State
of Palestine" and not fighting the civil wars, where Saudi Arabia will have
a chance to invest the billions of their petro-dollars in the future
neighbouring "State of Palestine", and not financing the terrorism
worldwide, where Jordan will receive billions of $$$ as the compensation
for their territory of these 4 provinces as mentioned, to have a serious
push of their weak economy, where Palestinians will get also billions of
$$$ in compensations for their homes and properties and mostly... where
two the most dangerous Iranian backed terrorist organizations such as
Hamas and Hezbollah will not have any reason to exist any longer... as
"State of Palestine" will be created...and Iran will not have any reason to
call for annihilation of Israel and the USA!!! OR AS AMERICANS USE TO SAY:"DO
IT SIMPLE STUPID!"

Please find enclosed the Map of these proposed provinces as well as a map on the larger scale! Thank

P.S. Dear Mr. President, We signed Peace Agreement at Camp-David with Egypt, where we gave up
territory as big as our small state, which proves without any doubt that we are not eager for any
piece of the land! We signed Peace Agreement with Jordan, without Palestinians, which both sides
respect and even more...soon we are going into huge environmental projects together...

IT IS NOT ABOUT THE LAND, AND NEITHER ABOUT NATION THAT KNOWS HOW TO RESPECT WHAT

If G-D don't intervene immediately Jerusalem will soon become just another ex-Berlin, split

Just like one heart can't be split and serve two bodies, Jerusalem can't be capital of two
states. Even in the history when East and West Berlin were spilt by the Wall, Bonn served as
a capital of Western Germany while East Berlin was capital of East Germany, until the wall
came down. The same scenario will be with Jerusalem i.e. when Wall comes down that's the
time when Jerusalem will truly represent the eternal capital of Israel, as it was to suppose to
be in the first place, if Roman Empire as well as other didn't sent us into 2000 yrs. of

If Alaska, the biggest state in the United States was bought from the Russian Tsar, why the
biggest part of East Bank of Palestine called Mafraq can't be bought from Jordanian King?
There is total of 26,551 km2 vs.6,090 km2 of West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem
combined together or 4,35 times more in territory and only population of total 300,000 vs.
total of 3,899.000 Palestinians in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip combined

Real costs of the future State of Palestine?

How much would cost the building of brand new Palestinian State in the East Bank of
Palestine-presently Jordanian Governate Mifraq? Well we have to look for a cost of big new
towns planned worldwide, and then multiply them with number of 4 millions, which is
presently population of combined of West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem! Lets see
what says about it Allan Cook, chairman of Atkins, the 17,400-strong engineering and
construction consultant.
The Epsom-based firm has 1200 staff in Asia, and expects revenues in the region to grow
from 37 million in 2008 to 88 million this year and even more next year by the look of
things. Cook signed a deal to advise on constructing yet another new town in China on the
east coast, near Fuzhou.
The new settlement may look like comic-book art. But give it 5 billion and a decade or so,
and 110,000 people will be living, working and playing in 65 million square feet of
commercial, residential, hotel and office space. Thats the plan, anyway, so if we decrease
10,000 population of its original plan, change GBP into US$ and add 50% to the cost of such
city of 100,000 population to total of 7,5 billion US$. So this amount multipied with 40,
which is equivalent of 4 millions people which is presently population in the West Bank,
Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem combined together, we'll get total number of 300 billions
US$.THAT'S THE TOTAL COST OF BUILDING THE NEW STATE FOR 4 MILLIONS
PEOPLE.
And let me be large and add to it another 100 billions, which could be spent for the purpose
of creating two artificial Seas in the desert. One with sweet water brought from two biggest
rivers in Iraq, such as Euphratis and Tigris by building the huge channel which will also be
used for the purpose of transport, and another with salty water brought from the
Mediteranean Sea also by huge channel. Both of these artificial Seas will bring tourism,
fishery and transport means to the future Palestine, as the fair compensation of Gaza Strip and
part of the Dead Sea, that were supposed to become part of their original plan under the
present negotiation!
SO WE GOT TOTAL NUMBER OF 400 BILLIONS US$ FOR BRAND NEW COUNTRY
OF 4 MILLION POPULATION WITH TWO ARTIFICIAL SEAS WHICH CAN BE

How to solve Islamic Holy sites in Jerusalem?

Whoever has been reading my recent posts about logical proposal for the Palestinian State,
in the East Bank of Palestine-with territory four and a half times bigger than present West
Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem combined together, must think about solution for their
capital Al-Quds in Arabic which they like to translate as Jerusalem!!!What is really important
for them in Jerusalem are two Islamic sites such as Dome of the Rock
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dome_of_the_Rock ) and Mosque Al-Aqsa
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Aqsa_Mosque ) , both built on the place of the previously
destroyed Jewish Herod's Temple! Well sometimes the solution is much more simple than it
can be anticipated! Since Muslims pray with their faces toward Mecca these two religious
sites can be easily dismantled and moved to their capital Al-Quds in the East Palestine as
proposed by me! Just as it was done with much bigger and more important historic place
called Abu Simbel in Egypt during the building of the Aswan Dam back in 1965.As I already
said peace can't be reached with Palestinians who teach their children from the
kindergartens that becoming the "Shahids" or suicides against Jews and Israelis is their
safest and fastest way to reach Paradise, and therefore they have to be removed far away
from the West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem! But not by force, but with fair
compensation/payment for all their property and businesses as well as the payment to
Jordanian Kingdom for their governorate named Mafraq which is the biggest part of what is
East Palestine or East Bank of the river Jordan! As it was done long time ago with Alaska
who was bought by the USA from Russian Tsar!!! Just in the game of Chess...West Bank is
going to be replaced with East Bank... in just one move...move where there is win win
situation for just about everybody!!!And if there are some which don't want to be removed,
because of any reason, they have to be ready to convert to Judaism as according to Halacha
(old Orthodox method of conversion to Judaism) and change their names into Hebrew

What about Islamic Holy sites in Jerusalem such as Dome of the Rock and Al-

Muslims pray toward Mecca in Saudi Arabia while we Jews pray toward Jerusalem,
Jerusalem wasn't mentioned in their Qur'an ever while it is mentioned hundred of times in
our Bible, and even more than anything else... these two mosques are built on the exact
place of our previous two Temples, first Solomon's Temple

there will be built the Third Temple, as a clear sign for coming of the Messiah (

Well dear reader/s, as you can see I though just about everything in big and the smallest
details.

I didn't write the figures in $$$ which involve the compensation/one Palestinian family and
neither amount I see as the fair compensation that needs to be paid to the Hashemite
Kingdom of Jordan for their Governate Mafraq and neither people where this has been sent.

All this so if this proposal is one day on the negotiation's table, between the relevant
parties, to enable them to figure out the final amounts of money to be paid to whoever
relevant, as well as the terms and conditions with time table for such grandiose plan to take
a place in the real world and by such so to end 100 yrs. old armed conflicts between us and
our neighbours Arabs!
