Dear Sir:
This is to give details and explain my side why I wasnt able to attend work
yesterday, May 25, 2017, Thursday.
I was in Tuguegarao City the day before the said date because I have important
matters to attend regarding my Thesis proposal in the Graduate School of the St.
Paul University Philippines. It was then a long day and unfortunately, I wasnt able
to get a ride going home to Cauayan City because there were a lot of passengers
and all the trips during the day was fully booked until the last one so I called the
Nursing station 3 around 8:30 PM and talked to the Charge nurse on duty (PM shift)
and I informed her about the situation and asked her if its okay to be late on my
duty in the morning because the first bust trip is at 6:00 AM and she said yes and
shell just inform the Head Nurse about my situation. But still, hoping that there
were still trips going home, I went on other bus stations and turned out to be a
chance passenger and went even on van terminals but there were no trips
available. So I stayed overnight in Tuguegarao and waited for the first bus trip in the
morning. It was around 6:30 am when I called the station once again, informing
them that I am already on my way home but still in San Pablo, Isabela. I talked to
the head nurse on duty and informed him about it and told me that hell just call the
staff on call to take my place.
I deeply apologize for the inconvenience I caused and I promise to inform your good
office ahead of time when situations like this tend to happen again. Thank you for
your understanding.
