activities.
 Coordinate with the Mechanical Workshop team to ensure that machining, fabrication and metal
works, such as cutting, threading, slotting, drilling, lathing, milling, turning and painting, are carried
out in timely and quality manner that helps increase the availability and reliability of these equipment.
Ensure that PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLANS prepared for all rotating and static
mechanical equipment are carried out as per schedule and plan.
Work closely with Operations Area Supervisor and Engineering supervisors in recommending and
implementing changes aimed at IMPROVING the AVAILABILITY and RELIABILITY of
ROTATING and STATIC MACHINES/EQUIPMENTS within the designated area of
responsibility.
Ensure that assigned contractor personnel have all needed resources and tools to conduct routine
maintenance activities effectively and according to the contract terms and conditions.
Preparing COST ESTIMATES, PURCHASE ORDERS and maintenance plans and schedules for
mechanical maintenance activities in coordination with the concerned personnel in maintenance
logistics section.
