immoveables, or an interest in the real property or immoveables more particularly described in

the Schedule to this Order;

THIS COURT ORDERS that the interest of the Respondent, Jeramie Douglas King in

the asset specified in the Schedule to this Order stands charged with the payment of $45,000, the

amount due from the Respondent, Jeramie Douglas King to the Applicant pursuant to a judgment

of this Court dated March 1, 2017, inclusive of judgment interest and costs.
