Todays Goal:
Pat - To decide a website that matches the wants of Bhoom and I
Bhoom - Think of the structure of the website and pictures that should be included in the website.

The Journal:
We planned about the overall product of the class, which is a class website. We discussed about
what wallpaper should we use, what should the home page be like and even what should the URL of the
website be named. At last, we decided to choose those things later on the next day. Next thing that was
discussed later on was an intro to our website which was later canceled.

What we get from the work:

We gained a little bit of idea of what our website is going to look like. No new knowledge gained.

May 7
Todays Goal:
Pat - Created the website using Weebly.com
Bhoom - Edit some of the spot on the website

The Journal:
This night, Pat created the website on weebly to be a starting format of website for us. Bhoom
checked the missing spot on the website and tell me to fix the font color of the topic as the topic couldnt
be seen clearly with that color and background.

What we get from the work:

Pat discovered that the website has a function of dividing sections. So he used it for the work
right away.

May 8
Todays Goal:
No goal set due to an emergency website checking.

The Journal:
Didnt discussed anything more than the last conversation we did on the day before, but still we
checked and edit the website just some little bit. After editing, we gave each other a feedback and began
to edit it again.

What we get from the work:

This was just a brief website check-up, so no new knowledge gained.

May 9
Todays Goal:
Pat - Help all classmates about their research question topic and find a way to edit the website at the same
time.
Bhoom - Be the one who check the remaining flaws of the website.

The Journal:
This is the first day of our duty as a in-class project manager. As planned, Bhoom will be
absent and will be working on the website while Pat will be the one who helps the classmates about their
project. In this class, Pat helped each group about their topic whether it is appropriate or not. Lots of them
had problems of creating a good research question. Pat helped almost all of them but some were left
behind due to the amount of question Pat already got.

What we get from the work:

Pat found out that he couldnt even edit the website due to the struggle of his classmates. I learned
that creating a good research question is not only about using why and how on the beginning of the
sentence, but it is how interesting and how unique the topic looks. The writer must also be interested in it
too. Bhoo also found out that he had already check last update of the website since May 8. That means Pat
is busy with something else.

May 11
Todays Goal:
Pat - To control the class better that the day before and try to focus more on the class helping job.
Bhoom - Check the website and report on any mistake on the website.

The Journal:
On this day, the class progressed from thinking of the topic into researching and writing little bit
of their journals. An idea of keeping track of everyones topic was suggested by Ms.Katie, Mr.Dans
substitute, and it works well on keeping each groups topic. Pat also created drafts of everyones personal
page on the website at the end of the class, preparing for the final product.

What we get from the work:

Pat got an idea of making an online sheet for keep tracking classmates topic from Ms.Katie.

Todays Goal
Pat - Assisted Bhoom on checking for plagiarism on each groups journal and edited journal on the
detailed parts.
Bhoom - Lead the journal and research checking for plagiarism and also helped with some groups
problem.

The Journal:
Bhoom and Pat helped every group to find their own topic. The most struggle group is Pluem and
Ta, so we will be more strict to them and also encourage them to do the work and help them to understand
the main point of their topic. Some group had some confusion on the journal part as some of them
plagiarized parts of their journal. But as we discussed with Mr.Dan already, we knew some way to check
it. It could be done by copying their text and pasting it in the google. If there are red words under the
websites link, that means they plagiarized. If that happens again, we will warn them to change that
journal immediately. Bhoom helped to answer every groups question and advised them what do they need
to fix. Pat organized the web page on weebly.

What we get from the work:

Mr.Dan told us to make sure that everyones work is not plagiarized. The thoughts Pat got from
Mr.Dans word; If they just copied it from the internet, they wont be able to understand it when they do
the final product. whether the informations are hard or not, trying to understand them is the best way to
deal with them. Bhoom learned that Pat and him should focus more on Pleums group since his group is
harder to teach.

May 18
Todays Goal
Bhoom - Help each group with their research and also keep an eye for plagiarism in each of their journal.
Also helped creating the table
Pat - Assist Bhoom on some of the group (gave advice on their work) and take care most of the Journal
(contains editing the older journal)

The Journal:
 Bhoom is very active today. He helped a lot of groups with their journal and the research. Pat is
also helping some of the group's journal and research by asking them to summarize the information they
get. They really did well on their research so far. In the middle of the class, Pat asked Mr.Dan to check the
journal for him. Mr.Dan suggested us to show the evidence of helping other groups by using a similar
table with Mr.Dans participation score tracking. Pat told Bhoom he really likes this idea. The result is the
table below. We will be using this in every journal that we worked in class (this means that we wont be
using this on days that we dont have Economics class).

What we get from the work:

Bhoom learned the method that could show how we help our classmates. It is making a table
contains all the group names and space for filling O sign out. This could tell us which student should be
helped next or which student had the most struggle. We would look at the table and use it to guide us on
the next class on who should we help first. Pat also figured out what his journal should be like. He
decided to add 2 more section to the journal, containing Todays Goal which features a short sentence
that could summarize what we wanted to do on each day and What we get from the work which
contains new knowledge gained on that day and what new things did we get on the day.

May 19
Todays Goal:
Bhoom - Helping Pluem groups to catch up with others and also help other group along side.
Pat - To improve the class website. Add more features into the web.

The Journal:
In the beginning of the class, Mr.Dan Reviewed the class for the upcoming quiz, so we had less
time to work on our project. Despite that being said, we also did our best on helping out our friends today
as usual. After the review, Mr.Dan opened our seniors website and tell the class a little bit about the
product. Luckily, Bhoom asked me to look at their website, so I quickly type the URL before Mr.Dan
close the website tab. The website was actually plainer than I thought it would be. After that, we
proceeded to helping our classmates.
After a while of walking around helping classmates, we found out that Mini had her research
done already and so far, her work is well made. She asked Mr.Dan about it and he approved her work. At
the middle of the class I tried to take pictures of the classrooms atmosphere for putting it on the website.
Mr.Dan also joined in, it was really fun.

What we get from the work:

Pat gained some motivation about editing a better website than the seniors do after just looking at
their website. Pat also asked the idea of websites background to Mr.Dan. He said that it has to be me who
needs to choose the background and later suggested that being minimal is actually better than more
detailed background. The thought was also agreed by me too.

May 22
Todays Goal:
Bhoom - Do a survey on which color does each group prefer to have, help on their research and decision
of the final product.
Pat - To ask finished group for their files, prepare the personal web page of each group one-by-one.

The Journal:
As expected, today is the quiz. We used only just the beginning of the class to take it so nothing
had been affected by the quiz. As the work time started, Pat immediately pull his laptop out from the bag
and access the website. This time, Pat tried to prepare as much group page as possible, so he asked
Bhoom for help. Since Bhooms main job is to help other groups, Pat asked him for collecting preferred
website background color for each group. Probably all of the group answered to the question. This night,
Pat will be editing more of the group web pages. For Bhoom, he would be the one who do the
introduction to our own group page.

What we get from the work:

As we asked classmates, they preferred many solid colors; the color that maybe too strong for
creating a website such as red and blue. This made Pat realized that for a final project website, the viewers
came for the projects, not the beauty of the website. With that being said, Pat decided to adjust the color
to not be harmful for the viewers eyes.

May 25
Todays Goal:
Bhoom - Take pictures of each group member for the website.
Pat - Start to edit each of the personal page. Collect other groups product
The Journal:
Today, we started to take pictures of the classmates as planned in the class before. Bhoom was the
photographer and Pat was doing the website editing. As usual, we would switch from our main work to
help other classmates continuously. Pat told all groups to hurry the process up since the deadline is
coming up. For collecting all of the files from the classmates, Bhoom created a group chat of the room.
This makes it easier to communicate and remind everyone to do their work.

What we get from the work:

We didnt get new knowledge today since we followed similar schedule as the recent class. It is
also because we have other projects in other subjects too that made our thinking gone slower.

May 26
Todays Goal:
Bhoom - Checking overall work and taking photos of the rest.
Pat - Continue editing the website.

The Journal:
 This is the last day of working in class, both Pat and Bhoom tried to finish all of the remaining
task within today. The class proceeded to their project already which means that no one should have any
problem about their work. Bhoom took the rest of the remaining students from last class. Pat went around
the room and ask every group about their design of the personal website. At the end of the class, Pat told
everyone to send him all the files to his e-mail, so that he could do it within the weekends.

Todays Goal:
Bhoom - Write his own reflection for the project
Pat - Try to collect all of the work from the classmates

The Journal:
It is a busy weekend indeed. The classmates started to turn in their products and introduction of
their website including their reflection as well. Pat was relieved that there are classmates sending their
work. He thought most of them would send it to me on Sunday instead of today. He thought his
expectation of them is a little bit too low. At the end of the day, two group sent Pat their full work. Their
work was full of effort and showed how good they could work. During the day, Bhoom keeps helping the
classmates on sending the work and turned out to be easier than before. As Pat edit and put all of the work
on the website, Bhoom already has his reflection ready.

What we get from the work:

From todays surprise, Pat realized that he has to lift his expectation of his friends up. Trusting
your friend is also one of the aspect that would make works become successful. On the other hand, some
of the classmates might not be responsible for the work and ended up not finishing their work in time. So
to always have a high expectation and trust on your classmate is also not a good idea.

May 28
Todays Goal:
All - Get everything done by helping each other in every way possible.
The Journal:
Today is the last day of working (actually tomorrow in the morning also), we need to finish this
project as fastest as we can. There are nothing left to do except collecting and checking all of the
classmates work then uploading them into our proudly made website. Throughout the day, Pat was very
impressed with his classmates. There are no other reason that could make him this happy except this
reason. 80% of the classmates turned the project to him within time. Pat in that time was very hyped to be
editing everybodys website and in the same time, he was also very worried. He had to go outside his
house, but he didnt bring his laptop to edit the site when he is free to do so. The works kept coming and
made him even more worried. Luckily, Bhoom was able to help. Bhoom help collecting all the data that
was sent in the chat application and check it for me. Pat was very lucky to have Bhoom as his
co-manager.

What we get from the work:

After getting very excited, Pat decided to calm down and check the groups that submitted the
work. There is this group that didnt even contact him or Bhoom for the work. There are also some
other groups that didnt turn the work in as well, but this group gets behind other people in almost every
other subject. Pat and Bhoom realized that we should have be even more strict on that group.
