Subject: Request To Conduct An Educational Visit

Dear Madam:

As part of our study of the subject International Economic Law I (International

Trade Issues), the 3rd and 4th year students of the Ateneo Law School would like to
visit government agencies directly involved in our professional field. This is with an
objective of giving them an insight of the work and research being
conducted. Likewise, this will supplement the various theories acquired in the
classroom for simultaneous understanding and application. In connection with this,
we would like to request your good office to allow us to conduct a visit and have a
briefing regarding the operation, process and facilities of your office.

We would like the students to be able to gain better understanding of the

work done in the international trade relations and foreign trade departments. If
permitted, the group composed of approximately 30 students and
instructor(s) would like to visit your office on May 19, 2017 from 3 5pm.We hope
