Post: - Deputy Manager (Electrical Maint.)

Role & Responsibility:-
Presently myself working and supervise in all 3 shifts two Continuous Galvanizing
Lines, OFFLINE Skin Pass Mill, Propane gas yard, Bell Annealing Furnace, CNG
yard .
This CGL is having a line speed of 120mpm with online Skin Pass Mill, Tension
leveler, Organic Coater, DFF furnace, Eurotherm AC & DC drives, Allen Bradley,
Siemens and GE Fanuc PLC.

Core Competencies:-
1. Maintenance of all off line, online AC, DC Motors.
2. Switch gear and protection.
3. Controlling of motors and line by using Allen Bradley, Siemens and GE Fanuc
PLC.
4. Modification of PLC logic as per requirement.
5. Trouble shooting & maintenance of AC, DC drives.
6. Maintenance & trouble shooting of 25 MT cranes.
7. Maintenance of Furnace equipment.
8. Maintenance of Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems.

1. Upgradation of horizontal non-ox furnace old U84 L&T make PLC replacing
with new GE-Fanuc PLC.
2. Induction heating system for Zinc Pot, Make- Inductotherm.
3. Installation & commissioning of new CNG plant work as a leader.
4. Develop a new SCADA system in house of Make- GE Fanuc, cimplicity8.2ver.

Company Description:- Is a Pune based Automation company working in a turnkey

project in Instrumentation & Electrical field & system integrator for PLC, SCADA, VFD,
SERVO & MMI also the manufacturers of PLC control panel.
