o Design Review and Supervision of fabrication at workshops and erection at site of Steel
Structure including Pedestrian Bridges, Bus stations, Elevator Structures, Stair Canopies and
Aluminum Composite Panels according to requirements, specifications and relevant
standards.
o HVAC and Firefighting works supervision and material inspection at Command and
Control Center of Metro Bus Project Rawalpindi-Islamabad.
o Verification of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), revision of Project Cost (PC-I) and Rate
Analysis of Non BOQ Items.
o Inspection of Mechanical Works includes Material Inspection, Dimensional Checks,
Workmanship, Welding of steel structure according to AWS, Qualification Tests of Welders,
Surface Preparation by Sand Blasting, Inspection of Paint applied on Steel.
