Details

Student/recruit trainee will, in part, be trained, assessed


and certified in industry Digital Print production operation
within the Workforce Ready System. The Workforce
Ready System which has been adopted by the TriStar
MSCCSE Center Project team, as an aptitude entry
placement criteria for the digital print production course.

The Skill Connect Assessment System, when completed


by the student/recruit, will inculcate the following
competency and proficiencies:
Assist both student and teacher to discover
students occupational strengths.
Assist and empower the student/recruit to work
collaboratively with instructor, future supervisor
and team member to develop a life-long learning
plan to validate and enhance students skills and
knowledge;
Scorecard with proficiency during lab and
practicum assessment testing, to benefit student,
teacher and administrator in validating student
learning, and improving programs and their
accountability;
Assist student/recruit to capitalize on her/his
unique strengths, which can improve individual
student performance in digital print production
operations and provide an obvious way forward for
student success;
Provides student/recruit with an easy-to-follow
road map to implement lab and practicum digital
print production operations;
Although not a curriculum, nor employed to
replace TriStar MSCCSE instructional curriculum,

the Skill Connect Assessment System assist
instructors to identify existing curriculum areas
that may need additional emphasis.
Ultimately helps teachers provide students with
learning opportunities.
Assist student/recruit to become comfortable and
successful achieving proficient learning,
application and certification through the overall
TrsiStar MSCCSE WIOA and MATP sponsored
programs.
Training will also instruct student/recruit trainee to learn
protocol when prioritizing client work requirements,
ensuring that projects are completed on a timely,
accurate basis
