Sisel Global Compensation Plan
Direct Commission 9
Glossary 31
S isels extraordinary Compensation Plan offers the following notable
features that set us apart from others in the industry with multiple, high-
paying profit centers while fostering a unique and rewarding opportu-
nity for novice and seasoned Distributors alike.
1
The Basics
Understanding these fundamental concepts will help you more fully understand
how Sisels Global Compensation Plan functions and how you can earn the most
from your Sisel business. The details in this manual are specific to the following
markets: Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany,
Guam, Guyana, Hungary, Ireland, Jamaica, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal,
Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Member Types, Product Pricing, and Auto Purchase (AP)
All individuals interested in becoming a member of Sisel International and gaining
exclusive access to some of the worlds most scientifically advanced, natural,
health-promoting products can join Sisel International by becoming a Distributor
or Preferred Customer. A Distributor not only has the right to the lowest possible
price but also joins as a business builder, with full access to our industry-leading
compensation plan. Consumers not interested in the business opportunity can
join as Preferred Customers. Both options give you your own account with free
online access for placing orders and/ or managing your own business.
Sisels phenomenal products are priced in a way that not only makes it affordable
for Distributors and Preferred Customers alike, but also encourages retail sales,
fosters repeat purchasing, and rewards loyalty.
The lowest possible price or Distributor Loyalty Pricing, is 10% lower that the
regular Distributor price and is available to Distributors that purchase a minimum
of 200PV each month. It is also available throughout a new Distributors first 30
days. Preferred Customers that purchase a minimum of 200 PV each month can
also qualify for a 10% discount allowing them to purchase product at the regular
Distributor price. This tiered system allows a Distributor to comfortably sell any
products at a 35% markup and still offer the regular Customer price as an incen-
tive for a potential consumer to create an account and become a member of Sisel
International.
The Distributor Loyalty Pricing as well as the discounted pricing for Preferred
Customers is also available within our Auto Purchase (AP) program. The AP
program allows all Sisel members to set up a recurring monthly order that only
requires a minimum of 50 PV for access to the lowest possible price per member
type. AP orders can be created, edited, or cancelled at any time through your
online Sisel account, or by calling our Customer Support Center. They can also
be set to ship on any given day of the month.
Qualification, Points, and Master Ranks
In addition to the price, each Sisel product also carries two assigned point values:
Personal Volume (PV) and Bonus Volume (BV).
The PV value of each product is used for qualification purposes, meaning that
the requirements to earn specific ranks, qualification levels, and commissions de-
pend on your total monthly PV, as well as on your monthly Downline Volume (DV).
DV is the sum of your PV and the PV of those in your organization or downline.
2
This Is My Business
1
The BV value assigned to each product is used to calculate the dollar amount
of commissions earned by Distributors. All commission percentages shown for
each bonus are a percentage of BV, not of the product price or PV. However, in
many cases BV and PV are equal. For markets outside of the United States, the
BV amount earned through bonuses and commissions (shown in your backoffice
Reports and Commission Statements) is then converted to the local currency and
deposited into the Distributors eWallet.
Qualified Downline Volume (QDV) is used to determine your Master Rank. As you
increase your Master Rank, you open up additional bonuses, levels, and streams
of income reserved for engaged business builders (see page 19 for additional
details on QDV and Master Ranks).
Compensation payouts and rank advancements also depend in part on the
personal Monthly Qualification Level (MQL) that you achieve, which is in
turn, based upon the total monthly PV that you accumulate during each pay
period. There are four possible MQLs for Distributors: Bronze 50 PV, Silver
100 PV, Gold 200 PV, and Platinum 250 PV.
Commissions and Bonuses
Commissions and bonuses are Sisels core pay structures, streams of income, or
profit centers. They have been refined for maximum pay potential and proven over
time to potentially build prosperity, powerful leaders, and a true lifestyle change.
All BV that comes through your team, and that is within your qualified pay range,
will pay a Daily Fast Start Bonus (FSB) on new volume and a monthly unilevel resid-
ual payout, called the Direct Commission (DC), on recurring volume. The Daily Re-
tail Commission (RC), will also payout on new and recurring volume generated by
personally enrolled Preferred Customers. As you begin achieving the Master Ranks,
additional bonuses and commissions become available such as the generational
Master Check Match (MCM), Luxury Auto Bonus (LAB), and the Global Bonus
Pools (GBPs). The key to maximizing the income potential of these pay structures
is as simple as being engaged in personally using Sisel products and then sharing
them with others, building your business, and helping others do the same.

Placement Levels, Enrollment Levels, and Generations
Levels, as defined by Sisel International, can exist through placement or
through enrollment linkage. The term Placement Levels refers to your down-
line following the linkage between Direct Upline Sponsors or in other words,
the entire organization or placement tree structure. Enrollment Levels refers
to your downline following the linkage between Enrolling Sponsors regard-
less of where members are placed in the organization.
Qualification Periods
Because Sisel offers both daily and monthly bonuses, it is important to
understand how to qualify for each one. While it is necessary to meet
minimum volume requirements to qualify for all commissions, the periods in
which that volume must be achieved may vary between daily and monthly
bonuses.
Qualification for Daily Compensation: The Daily Fast Start Bonus (FSB) and
the Daily Retail Commission (RC) are literally paid out daily, meaning that
any bonus amounts earned on any given day and paid out into your eWal-
let before the end of the following day. This takes place 7 days a week, 365
days a year, including weekends and holidays.
To remain qualified for FSB, you simply have to place an order with a mini-
mum of 50 PV every 36 days. Failure to do so would leave you unqualified
on day 37. Placing a qualifying order on the same day each month manually,
or as an AP for example, would guarantee your qualification.
6
Daily Fast Start Bonus
Sisels Daily Fast Start Bonus (FSB) provides a huge incentive for Distribu-
tors to build their businesses immediately and consistently by generously
rewarding those who sponsor new Distributors and Preferred Customers
while inspiring others to do the same. Your MQL determines the depth and
is very important for maximizing your FSB.

Direct Commission
The Direct Commission (DC) provides all Sisel Distributors with an earning
potential unparalleled in the industry. This potential 10-Level, 56% profit
center provides immediate rewards to even the newest Distributor and is
extremely easy to qualify for. Because of the rollup, dynamic compression,
and structuring of the DC payout, you will be rewarded for your efforts with
a true residual income. Unlike other unilevel programs that require 50K,
80K, or even 100K and up in group volume to get paid the various levels,
Sisel is willing to pay you as you build with minimal qualifications needed to
earn pay from deeper levels. The DC pays on volume generated by recur-
ring volume or in other words, volume that is not going through the Fast
Start Bonus Structure. Sisels DC is highly likely to be one of the potentially
highest-paying and certainly the most accessible residual payout not only
today, but in the history of network marketing.
Only Platinum Distributors are eligible for 7 Placement Levels of pay and
beyond. A guaranteed 7-Level payout is available to Platinum Distributors
that have at least 5 Platinum Legs. A Platinum Leg is simply a leg with a
Platinum Distributor in it. The Platinum Distributors qualifying the Platinum
Leg do not have to be personally enrolled or frontline.
Levels 8-10 are called the Leadership Levels and available only to Platinum
Sisel Distributors that have 5 Platinum Legs and have reached the rank of
1-Star Master and above. With each subsequent rank resulting in a higher
percentage or Level altogether, these levels provide a potential increase in
pay each and every time you reach a new Sisel Rank (see pg. 19 for more
information on Master Ranks).

How does Sisels Dynamic Compression Work?
As expected, our Dynamic Compression takes any potential breakage in
pay and looks for the next eligible Distributor to pay it to. For example, if a
Bronze Distributor had volume below Level 3, Sisel would pay the DC on
those Levels to the next eligible Silver, Gold, or Platinum. As with the Fast
Start Bonus, if there are no eligible Distributors within the range, the payout
will go to the next qualified Platinum Distributor.

Master Check Match
The Master Check Match (MCM) is a potentially limitless generational pay
structure that rewards you for helping others increase their residual income.
As your downline grows and you become a 1-Star Master, you can begin to
receive a percentage, or match, of the DC payout earned by all the quali-
fied Master Distributors and above in your organization that you Personally
Enroll (called Generation 1). As you move up the Master Ranks, you can
now earn a match on all the Masters enrolled by your first Generation (called
Gen. 2) and all the Masters they enroll (Gen. 3) and all the Masters and
above that the Distributors in Gen. 3 have personally enrolled (Gen 4). Four
Master Generations with no limit on how large each Generation can get!
There is nothing better than increasing your monthly check as you train,
support, and mentor the leaders in your group. As their residual increases,
your Check Match will skyrocket. As they make more, you make more
literally! The MCM also incorporates full compression.

The MCM will easily be your second largest profit center month after month
after month. A Distributor making $10,000 per month for example, could
expect $1800 - $2300, on average, to come from the MCMassuming they
have personally enrolled Master Distributors that are earning a Direct Com-
mission check themselves. to come from the MCM. With the compression
featured in the MCM, you dont have to worry about someone you enrolled
not qualifying the payout will continue to roll up until it finds the next eligi-
ble 1-Star Master or higher! It is one of the most powerful ways to increase
your pay, while helping others to do the same.
The more people you personally enroll, the larger your Generation 1 will be,
creating that much more opportunity and potential for Generations 2 4 to
be extremely lucrative for you as you move up the Ranks. Helping others
become successful is the key to this extraordinary stream of income.

and above in their downline based on Generations.
Those who have qualified as Masters in the past but do not qualify in a given pay period are not
counted as Generations, and all qualifying Generations in that leg are compressed accordingly.
Monthly Master qualifications require a Platinum MQL, and minimum 1000 Combined QDV. Mas-
ters and above generate the MCM upon earning the DC.
1-Star Master qualifications require a Platinum MQL, and a minimum 5,000 Combined QDV.
Master CheckMatch is only paid to 1-Star Masters and above with a minimum of 5000 combined QDV.

Daily Retail Commission
Sisels Daily Retail Commission (RC) is a very serious statement about how
the company values the use of its products and the worth it gives to direct
product consumers perhaps not necessarily interest in the business oppor-
tunity but more interested in using Sisels science-based, toxin-free prod-
ucts.
The RC pays the 20% in addition to the PC percentages paid out through
the potential 8 Enrollment Levels of the Daily Fast Start Bonus or the
potential 10 Placement Levels of the Direct Commission. This allows each
and every Distributor to build a personal relationship with his/her PCs and
provides an appealing incentive to work with consumers and help them be-
come better acquainted with the hundreds of life-promoting Products only
available through Sisel International.

Master Ranks and the
Fifty Percent Rule
Master Ranks, from Master Distributors through 10-Star Master Distributors,
are based on the amount of Sisel Qualified Downline Volume (QDV) and H2
Downline Volume that you accumulate during a monthly period. This number
is referred to as your Combined QDV. The sum of the PV from each Distribu-
tor and Preferred Customer in your downline equals your total puchases
made by Sisel Downline Volume (DV).
Your Sisel DV is subject to the Fifty Percent Rule which states that If more than
half of your total Sisel Downline Volume is coming from one leg, then no more
than 50% of your total Sisel DV may count toward your Master Rank, from that
leg (of course any other legs would count and get added in as well).
Basically, if you have more than half of your entire downline in one leg, then
there may be some volume that will not count toward your Master Rank.
The rule DOES NOT cut legs in half unless you literally only have one leg. In
fact, as far as pay goes, it does not affect Levels 1-7 of the Direct Commis-
sion, the Daily Retail Commission, or the 8-Level Daily Fast Start Bonus at
all! 100% of the volume in those structures and Levels will always pay out to
the Distributor, regardless of Master Rank or of the rule.
However, because the rule may affect your Master Rank and therefore the
Master Check Match, Global Bonus Pools, Luxury Auto Bonus or Leader-
ship Levels of the DC, it is important to build your organization accordingly.
The rule is there to prevent fraud, but more importantly to help Distributors
build strong and stable organizations that maximize the different sources of
income in the Sisel Compensation Plan.
The final number, after factoring in the rule, is what we call Sisel QDV. The
Sisel QDV is then added to the total H2 Downline Volume in your organiza-
tion for the month, generating the Combined QDV that is used for Rank
Qualification and Rank Advancement. The following diagram clearly depicts
DV, QDV, and the Fifty Percent Rule. Please assume that the example on the
following pagerepresents your Sisel Downline Volume (DV).
The Master Ranks are designed to reward you generously as you work your
way to becoming a true Global Leader. The QDV required for each Rank is listed
below. In addition to the QDV, all ranks require a monthly MQL of Platinum. From
2-Star on, there is a leadership requirement that tracks the ranks being achieved
by Distributors in your Downline. To be awarded the Rank, you must have the
appropriate number of leaders on different legs as explained below. The leaders
do not need to be frontline or personally enrolled.

Calculation:
Total DV 50% = 17,000

H2 volume will only help you achieve the ranks more quickly as it liter-
ally gets added to your Sisel QDV with no fifty percent rule or minimums
required. Please visit www.SupraH2.com for more information on the H2
program and Sisels groundbreaking Diatomic Hydrogen Generators.

Sisels Global Bonus Pools
Sisels Global Bonus Pools allow Global Leaders of various Ranks to earn a
share of worldwide company sales. Every Distributor matters to Sisel Inter-
national and Sisel is greatly appreciative for the countless hours spent by
our Global Leaders to not only share the products and opportunity with oth-
ers but to literally teach and help others to become successful themselves.
Sisel Leaders have the opportunity to earn shares from each Bonus Pool
which represent specific dollar amounts. The value of a single share is de-
termined by taking the total Bonus Volume in the pool and dividing it by the
total number of shares earned.
22

Luxury Auto Bonus
Sisel pays an additional bonus of up to $1500 as a Luxury Auto Bonus (LAB)
incentive to advertise the success you have achieved as a Sisel Distributor.
To qualify for the Luxury Auto Bonus, you must be a 1-Star Master Dis-
tributor or higher, and earn at least $1500 in total commissions during that
month. Total monthly commissions are calculated by adding all Sisel and H2
commissions earned for the month.
The purpose of the LAB is to encourage Global Leaders to show others how
successful they have been with their Sisel business and assist them in doing
so. Half the payout is also available as a cash award for those not interested
in purchasing a vehicle. Accordingly, purchases made with cash earned
from the LAB should clearly demonstrate this success.
Please note that it is necessary to fill out the Luxury Auto Bonus Application and
submit the form with the required documents, including proof of your new ve-
hicle to CustomerService@Siselinternaitonal.com or FAX to 801-409-8079 prior
to earning this bonus. All rules and regulations on the applications apply.

Sisel Live! Program
Earn Big From Home Parties and Live Events
The Sisel Live! Program is an extremely powerful way to go about the busi-
ness. It creates an industry-leading way to get earn an active and passive
income from purchases made by individuals that have not yet become Sisel
Preferred Customers or Sisel Distributors. Sisel Live! provides the tools,
materials, and online resources to run your own personal home parties/live
events and get paid at for them at industry-leading levels.
The Sisel Live! Program revolves around working with Hosts, often Preferred
Customers, interested in inviting friends, family, and others to a live event
in their home or meeting place of choice for the opportunity to learn about
and sample Sisel Products. The environment is such that those perhaps not
typically interested in joining Sisel as a member feel comfortable joining the
host for a fun, pressure-free gathering.
Moreover, after the 30% is paid, the BV attached to those same purchases
will enter the Direct Commission structure and pay the PC percentages (see
page 12) to the Hosts Enrolling Sponsor and continue through the upline as
expected, creating the industrys first true residual on the home party-style
model of doing business. Better yet, the entire volume generated at a Sisel
Live! Event can be assigned to any Distributor in your organization allow-
ing Distributors participating in Sisel Live! to help others reach new Master
Ranks and higher personal qualification levels, let alone completely control
where the 10-Level Direct Commission starts paying from.
There has never been such a generous payout offered or innovative pro-
gram created when it comes to home parties and live events. Sisel Live!
events are one of the most effective ways to share Sisel and Sisel Kaff
Products with others in a safe, fun, pressure-free environment. Once each
Sisel Live! Event concludes, you now have the opportunity to follow up with
guests that could potentially continue to purchase products from you. As
your guests become Preferred Customers or perhaps even Distributors, the
income-potential continues on with the Daily Fast Start Bonus and the rest
of the Compensation Plans revolutionary profit centers. Work with Hosts,
work with other Distributors, earn unmatched revenue on event sales, and
build a true residual income all through Sisel Live!
27
Please refer to the Sisel Live! Program Kit or contact the Sisel Live! Hotline for
all the details, more information, and access to the world class materials that
facilitate not only hosting a Sisel Live! Event but incorporating them into your
business as an independent Sisel Distributor. Please note that participation in
Sisel Live! does not require Distributors to only run their business a certain way.
Once in the program, Sisel Distributors have the freedom to use the Sisel Live!
Program or not and it is not necessary to choose between this model and other
ways to do the business. Sisel Live! is simply an extremely effective way to ap-
peal to the masses not typically interested in being Distributors or Customers.

Preferred Customer
Program
The Preferred Customer Program allows consumers to join Sisel Interna-
tional as a product-using member and offers an appealing price 15% below
the suggested retail price, and comes complete with a free online account
that can be used to place and track orders. The program also allows Pre-
ferred Customers (PCs) to a 10% discount called Customer Loyalty Pricing
by purchasing a minimum of 200 PV per month. PCs may also participate in
Sisels Auto-purchase (AP) Program and qualify for the Loyalty Pricing with
only a 50 PV minimum.
PV generated by PCs contributes to the Downline Volume totals of their Direct Upline Sponsor
and other Distributors upline in that leg
PV generated by PC purchases is applied to the personal monthly PV totals for the Enrolling
Sponsor and counts as if it were his or hers as long as the Enrolling Sponsor has personally
purchased a minimum of 50 PV.
Preferred Customers can review their personal Sisel account by logging in and using their PC
ID and Password.
