RECYTEC
RECYTEC is a 100% Peruvian company, which seeks to be a leader
in the technological recycling sector, with trained staff, as well as
processes and infrastructures according to Peruvian standards.
Our job is to capture, collect, separate and recycle all kinds of
technological equipment, such as: credit cards, cell phones,
cameras, computers, laptops, etc; in order to make a correct use of
the raw material with which these equipment was made and thus
reduce its impact on the environment.
COMMITMENT
We are firmly committed to the environment and the health of
communities as we know that for every electronic device that is
discarded, a risk is generated for each citizen. Our commitment is
to reduce technological waste resulting in a significant reduction of
CO2 emissions, contributing significantly to the reduction of Global
Warming.
MISSION
Collaborate with our customers in the solution of the management
of their electronic waste, providing innovative solutions in
sustainability and social development in order to reduce the
amount of technological waste and at the same time become a
leader in the sector.

VISION
We want to be committed to the problems of our customers in a
transparent and effective way to become their trusted partner. In
our vision we want to be a reference company that walks with the
change of technology and society, giving out the possibilities of
free standards and technologies. This work should be performed
ethically and satisfactorily for us, our clients and the rest of society.
OBJECTIVES
- To be a leading company in Peru in sustainability and
recycling.
- Give a better use to old devices, be friendlier with the world
and have less contamination.
- Promote the good use of technologies and the care of the
environment to our workers as well as to our clients and the
community in general.

WEAKNESSES:
- Lack of awareness of people.
- Lack of adequate technology for the process.
- The workers do not have the training and knowledge of what the
company will develop.

OPPORTUNITIES:
- Use of recycled materials.
- Social participation.
- Awareness of the community for the conservation of the
environment.
- A better quality of life.

THREATS:
- Introduction of new companies to the same market, being our
direct competition with better technology and quality.
- High level of competition in the recycling market.
- The company does not have sufficient raw material from month to
month.
