law hereby depose and state that:

SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY, INC. through a
Board Resolution (Please See Annex 1) and
KADAYAWAN SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY,
INC. (Please See Annex 2);

Position Paper;

3. I have read and understood the same and that the contents
thereof are true to the best of my personal knowledge and
authentic records;

4. I certify further that I have not therefore commenced any

other action before any tribunal, court, agency or any
subdivision thereof, aside from the complaint before this
