Systems anchorage:

M 30 / DW 20 (allowable force 150 kN)

The anchorage consists in threaded anchor plate, tie rod DW and anchor cone.

Preparation:
The anchorage preparation can take place in two ways:

The shuttering skin must be provided with a through drill hole at the correct level.
Then the lead cone is to be screwed to the plywood by using the fit screw TE from behind the shuttering skin.
If the drilling of the plywood is not possible, the preparation is done through the nailable fixing disk that is
directly nailed on the shuttering skin.

Climbing preparation:
After cast, before the moving back of formwork
for the dismantling, you unscrew the TE fixing
screw.

Whit the Screw-on plate:


The formwork element is loosened from the wall
when dismantling.
The nailable disk remains to be fixed to the tie
cone and must be unscrewed with a hexagon
soket screw key.

After this, the Special climbing screw TE is fastened.
