The table shows that 42 respondents satisfied with the schemes of ICIC1, 67 respondents
neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the schemes of ICIC1 and 41 respondents dissatisfied with
the schemes of ICICI. Maiority of the respondents of all income groups neither satisfied nor
dissatisfied with the schemes of ICIC1. The Chi-square value is significant at 5 per cent level and
hence it can be inferred that there is a strong relationship between annual income and satisfaction
with schemes. The annual income of the respondents has significant impact on satisfaction with
the schemes of ICICI.
