MOST of these suggestions are a good idea, although I HIGHLY doubt that Trump is
the one who is asking that everyone do this, as claimed, in part because:
1) there is no link or reference given as to the source of this information for
verification / validation purposes; and,
2) there would MOST LIKELY be a post on Trumps Twitter (and FaceBook?) account
about this alleged request, if it were truly Trump making the request, as is claimed.
POINTS / COMMENTARY on suggestions from email below:
1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman / woman collects a salary while in office and
receives no pay when they're out of office.
WONDERFUL...NO PENSION...someones on the same page with me!!! Ive
been saying this for a long time. Its PUBLIC SERVICE, NOT a corporate
career with perks, benefits, and a pension, at the peoples expense!
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
CAREFUL HERE...something, which unfortunately is NOT understood or
comprehended by MOST American people (because they are so ignorant of
their rights and the law), is that Congress actually DOES NOT have any power
and authority granted to it by the people via the Constitution to impose
laws upon the American people who are living in their private,
individual, personal capacity! Government, acting within the
RESTRICTIONS of the Constitution, may only regulate / pass laws
(STATUTORY laws) relevant to government itself, and that which is LAWFULLY
created UNDER government (corporations, and such, NOT people. Government
does NOT create people! People exist in the Natural world. Government,
corporations, and the like are created by people, and are figments of peoples
imagination, and DO NOT EXIST in the Natural world.) This is SO important for
people to get:
People, individuals, are subject to law (COMMON LAW, NOT
STATUTORY LAWwhich is made by Congress / legislation) ONLY when a
person CAUSES an injury/tort, by violating someones rights, and/or causing
an INJURY/TORT with RESULTING DAMAGES. There MUST BE an
INJURED / DAMAGED party for any COMMON law to apply and to
which a person would be subject, and for there to be any potentially
justiciable controversy which could be taken to court (adjudicated) if the
parties cannot reach an agreement / settlement outside of court.
People, as such, ARE above the law (STATUTORY law, that is), HOWEVER,
people are NOT above the law (COMMON law) when they cause / create an
injury or tort, with resulting damages, against another.
Hopefully you understand / comprehend the distinctions and differences.
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void effective ______. The
American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women.
be careful here...all public servants Oath of Office is liken unto a contract or
trust with respect to the American people. It is the DUTY of all public servants to
HONOR and UPHOLD their Oath of Officeto which they are BOUNDwhich
serves as a PROTECTION of the peoples inherent, innate, unalienable,
individual, Creator-endowed rights. Therefore THE PEOPLE, each and every
individual person (natural person), is the BENEFICIARY of each and every public
servants Oath of Office. We definitely do NOT want to cancel those Oath of
Office contracts / trusts with respect to the Amercan people as the
beneficiaries.

We FIX Congress by enough of the people WAKING UP and being educated

about their rights, the law (the Constitution(s) and all that is created under it), and
WHO WE REALLY ARE.

President Trump is asking everyone to forward this email to a minimum of 20
people and to ask each of those to do likewise.
In three days, most people in the United States will have the message.
Let's see if congress understands what people pressure is all about.
Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took one (1) year or less to
become the law of the land - all because of public pressure. Congressional Reform
Act of 2017
1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman / woman collects a salary while in office
and receives no pay when they're out of office.
2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system
immediately.
All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with
the American people.
It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise
by the lower of CPI or 3%.
5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same
health care system as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void effective
______. The American people did not make this contract with
Congressmen/women.
Congress made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor,
not a career.
The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their
term(s), then go home and go back to work.
