Conclusions
This paper has made the identification and
assessment of risks and diseases through the
three-step method in order to provide a
guideline and awareness on the part of the
authorities to take corrective actions to
improve the environment work of the
wineries in operation. The conclusions of
this work may be mentioned the following:
