Duties: Responsible for the employment of staff for the housekeeping and maintenance of Club Intrawest.
Manage the day-to-day work activities in the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Responsible for placing,
reviewing and acceptance of contracts for independent contractors via Microsoft Office and Excel, Power
Point and Adobe programs, etc. Contract activity is considered a “work in progress” . Position includes
many more managerial duties. Below are the duties previously responsible for:

• Manages the housekeeping contract to ensure service quality.

• Oversees maintenance team and maintenance projects to ensure quality.

• Monitors room and building preventative maintenance programs.

• Creates a positive work environment for all team members.

• Anticipates and recognizes training needs and coaches Team Members for advancement.

• Maintains Club facilities by conducting Vacation Home and Club inspections on a regular basis to determine need and
extent of service, equipment required, type of operation and personnel need.

• Maintains a supply inventory necessary for optimal operating efficiency.

• Directs and supervises all work done internally or through outside contractors.

• Constantly reviews all areas of the Club to ensure that the Members and Guests are receiving an extraordinary
vacation experience in all aspects of the resort (beyond cleanliness).

• Looks for ways to improve the Member experience at the Club and at the Resort

• Responds quickly to Guest concerns.

• Communicates to the Club Manager and the Director, Resort & Facility Management any issues that effect guest or
facility safety or security.

• Ensures that the workplace meets all health and safety standards, is OSHA compliant and that all Member areas meet
these same standards

• Manages the facility risk management plan.

• Participates in the preparation the operating budget for housekeeping and maintenance and recommends items to be
included in the capital and reserve budgets.

Club Intrawest of Sandestin: Previous Position: Marketing Assistant.

Duties: Creation of marketing programs, responsible for imputing and tracking of all marketing programs,
ensure all collateral is at each marketing location, ensure the maintenance of locations, preparing and
issuing gift certificates for the presentation desk, liaison between Sandestin marketing, reservations, etc.
Ensuring program collateral delivered to housekeeping, as well as manage amount of collateral distributed.
