How to Make Fruit Punch for a Party
(with a Watermelon Punch Bowl)
Ingredients:
1 watermelon (choose a good quality one with no blemishes).
2 to 3 litres of orange juice.
litre of mango juice.
litre of guava juice.
Sugar syrup.
Ice cubes.
Tools:
Knife.
Large spoon.
Instructions
1. Cut the top off the watermelon.
2. Using a large spoon, scoop out the watermelon flesh. Be careful not to stick the spoon
through the peel. Use the flesh to make something else, like a fruit salad or watermelon
juice. Leave the watermelon juice inside the watermelon bowl. This will add flavour to
the punch.
3. Pour the orange juice, mango juice, and guava juice into the hollowed out watermelon.
4. Add some sugar syrup to sweeten the taste.
5. Put some ice cubes.
6. Place on the table. Arrange glasses for guests to help themselves.

How to Make Your Own Handphone Pouch
Tools:
Needle.
Measure tape.
Scissors.
Iron.
Marker pen.

Materials:
1 swatch of patterned fabric.
1 sheet of craft felt.
Cotton thread.
Instructions:
1. Cut the patterned fabric into 2 pieces, measuring around 10 cm x 22 cm each. Do the
same thing with the felt. So, youll have 2 pieces of fabric and 2 pieces of felt.
2. Take 1 piece of fabric and lay on top of 1 piece of felt. Set it so that the top parts of
both materials line up.
3. Using a needle and cotton thread, sew along the tops to join felt and fabric. Repeat with
the other pieces of fabric and felt.
4. Flip over so the stitch is hidden and the seam is showing. Press with an iron. Repeat
with the other section.
5. Place two sections together with felt facing outward and underneath. Put your
handphone in the centre, leaving a gap about 5 mm at the top.
6. Draw around the phone by using a marker pen.
7. Stitch around the drawn handphone pattern. Remember not to sew the top, as this is
where you will put the phone in.
8. Cut out around the stitches as close as possible. Be careful not to cut the stitches.
9. Turn it around and use it.
