management of Cell-Fi wireless receivers and signal booster transmitters (ongoing since 2016).

Mainsaver Systems Planned and managed successful WinHelp-to-HTML5 format conversions. Using MadCap
Flare, created a detailed Multi-Plant Setup and Operation User Guide and help content for cloud and on premise
CMMS suites (ongoing since 2011).

Novatel Wireless Using Adobe inDesign, created user guides, Quick Start Guides, technical specifications, and
