CALL UF FOR THIRD WAVE OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER APPLICANTS

After two call ups for interested individuals to apply for teaching position in the Senior High School,
this office still foresee teacher items that will remain unfilled.

2. To fill up the Senior High School teaching positions that remained and may remain unfilled due to
insufficient number of applicants in the preceding two call ups, this division invite all individuals
interested to teach in the Senior High School to submit application documents.

3. lnterested individuals are encouraged to apply in one of the following subject groups that fits
hislher qualifications: l-A, l-8, l-C, l-D, ll, lll-A, lll-8, lV-A, lV-8, lV-C, lV-D, V and Vl. part llof Enclosure
1 shows the subjects under each group.

The selection process shall be guided by DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016. Thus, all applicants are advised to read
the said DepEd Order for their guidance.

5. All public secondary/integrated schools are directed to observe the guidetines which are effective
immediately. .

6. It is underscored that there will be no extension on the submission of documents.

7. For details of this call up, please see Enclosure L to this mernorandum.

8. Widest dissemination of this memorandum is desired.

l. Application Process and Documentary Requirements


1. An applicant shall submit to the Schools' Division Office or any public high school within this
division, a written application letter, supported by the following documents:

o Certified photocopy of certificates of relevant specialized trainings, if any.

r National Bureau of lnvestigation (NBl) clearance
r Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted,

credentials for woRK EXPERIENCE and oUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT/S
given credit more than once, applicants are directed to identify/enumerate
the $edentials submitted in the preceding call up/s by specifying the title of
the credentialand date of issuance (for Outstanding Achievement); title of
the credential, date of issuance, inclusive period of nuork experience and
name of employer for Work Experience. New andlor additional credentials
should be labelled NEW or ADDITIONAI credential to distinguieh them from
the documents submitted previously.
