Training Design on the (SLAC) School Learning action Cell on RPMS Review (PHASE III) and School Based
INSET for Teachers Computer Literacy through Word Processing, Power Point, Word Publisher in Making a
Teacher Support Materials

RATIONALE:
Pursuant to the DepEd Order No. 02 s.2015 the RPMS shall align the performance targets and accomplishment
with the DepED mandate, vision, mission and strategic goals. The ratees demonstration of the required competencies
shall be monitored for developmental purpose. The DepEd RPMS shall follow the four-stage performance management
system.
The existence of high technologies in this incessant trend of time urged the teachers of Doa Rosario National
High School to take more time and efforts to become globally competitive . Though it can be said that many factors
contributed the low achievement of students but goals maybe slowly be uplifted if agent of change are given
opportunity to be trained Word Processing, Power Point, Word Publisher in Making a Strategic Intervention Materials./
Teacher Support Materials.
To help equip teachers with enough knowledge and skills to keep abreast with the new technologies in the
country and for the realization of DepEd goals, it is evident to train them of the said skill.
OBJECTIVES:
The training design aims to:
1. Implement DepEd Order No.2 s.2015 The Establishment and Implementation of the RPMS in DepED.
2. Enhance knowledge on Word Processing, Power Point, Word Publisher in Making a Strategic Intervention
Materials.
3. Improved classroom instruction and student,s academic performance;
4. Made attractive instructional materials and computerized reports at least one for each grading period such as
class program, class officers, top ten students and one Strategic Intervention Material (SIM) / Teacher Support
Materials.
DESCRIPTION:
This three days training for all teachers in Dona Rosario National High School which start on October 26,
2016 to October 28, 2016 at the Computer Laboratory of Dona Rosario National High School.
