SUBJECT: Twenty Peso fine (P20.00) for every supply / medications not
recorded

RATIONALE: The Nursing Services vital role in supply and medication inventory is
to take charge in recording every stock/s used by every patient either admitted or
Out Patient.

WHEREAS, Nurses are obliged to record supplies or medications acquired

for the patient or client, thus actualizing this resolution attached authority to the
Nurse in-charge or on duty.

WHEREAS, the Nursing Service body had observed keenly about the
dilemma on the slip with regards to the listing of supplies/ medications on the
charge sheet, thus implementing this policy may resolve the issue and may lessen
discrepancies.

WHEREAS, the due will occur once a member of the body disremember to
tally the stock/s .

WHEREAS, the twenty peso fine may improve the bodys sense of
responsibility

WHEREAS, every member of the body is liable for the amount imposed

WHEREAS, the amount gathered is for the Nursing Services consumption

only, such as: the services water supply, snacks for scheduled meetings and other
official activities.

WHEREAS, the twenty peso bill (P20.00) fine will not be deducted on the
salary of the member. Hence, it will be collected by an assigned personnel (Co-
member of the body)

THEREFORE, it is HEREBY RESOLVED that the Twenty Peso fine:

1. Lessen if not eliminate the incidence of unrecorded charges ;
2. Mold every members sense of responsibility and critical thinking
abilities; and
3. Aids the CSR in-charge for an easy inventory of every stocks
consumed.
