tacked on a daily basis. We are turning our hearts away from one another
and going about to live life for the good of ourselves. How many homes
do you know of today that are dedicated to raising a godly seed? How
many homes do you know of that live to bring glory to God? How many
people today live in a disfunctional home? Father, what is it like at your
house?

The most difficult place to live your Christian life successfully,

is in the home!!! When you can have a peaceful home, then your family
has learned to live what they believe. Not every day do we have a right
spirit or right desires. Some days we deal with a bad attitude or we might

Have you noticed that the Christian life is anything but boring? I love the
way God gives us verity. This has been a fast moving two months for us. Gradu-
ations, piano recitals, weddings, sickness, births, company, etc.
Also we enjoyed the opportunities to serve churches. I had the privilege
of preaching at Bro. Mike and Jane Witts church in North Carolina while Gloria
spoke at a ladies brunch for Bro. Bob and Betty Wallaces church. We enjoy
sharing Gods Word with others more than anything else we do. We did not retire
from ministry!
Do you have any Bible questions that you have not been able to find an
answer to? Please send those questions to us and let us attempt to find your an-
swers. The Queen of Sheba came to Solomon to ask hard questions. Solomon
answered all of them. The answers are in the book. All we have to do is search
for them.
If you would like to be a help to Tid Bits of Wisdom, but you dont
have money to spare, you might think about donating items that could be
used in ministry. Musical instruments, cars for missionaries to use while in
the country, sound equipment and office equipment are always needed. We
are looking for a stitcher at this time to staple our paper each month. God
provided a folder last month for the Connors (who put our paper together).
Gloria is looking for a good small accordion. She has a beautiful large accor-
dion, but she doesnt have the strength to hold it up. You might be surprised
at what you might have that could be used in ministry. We can give you a tax
write off for any donation.

love your family enough to die to yourself if thats what it takes? What a
treasure a family has, who has a father who would die for them.
A family is a kingdom with the fathers name on it. When a man
takes a wife, he gives her his name and they become one. What he does
affects her life and what she does affects his life. What he possesses is hers
and what she possesses is his. Both have the ability to withhold or share
with the other, but it belongs to both of them.
Father, I hope you chose a wise woman to join your life, because
it will take great wisdom to run a home. Many of us married young and it
did not yet appear what we would be, but if our mates are not what we had
hoped they would be, then we must love them to wisdom and give them
time to grow (remember, you will be growing also). Books cannot attain
all the knowledge you will need to be a great father, but this verse in Micah
is what you need to heed.
Mic 6:8
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of
thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
Every wife and child long for a father who will do justly, love mer-
cy and walk humbly with God (with God, not in front or behind God).
If your family has scattered and you are going to attempt to bring
them back together, here are some tips that might help.
1. Eat at the table (TV off) three to five days a week.
(Home cooked meals as much as possible)
2. Read Scripture together and talk about it.
(Keep it short - dont preach)
3. Let your wife & children see and hear you praying
for what you want God to do for their lives.
(Have everyone to pray.)
4. Make life fun for everyone.

Ezekiel 16 is one of my favorite chapters in the Bible. If you want
to know Gods heart toward women and you want to know what He thinks
is a Beautiful woman, study this chapter. I have had so many wrong
ideas as to Gods opinion of woman and this chapter has helped straighten
that out for me.
This chapter is about Jerusalem, the wife of Christ. It tells what
her condition was at birth and how Jesus passed by and said, live, and
she did. Not everyone lives at birth. If you are alive today, Jesus said at
your birth, live. This lady grew up and it became her time of love. Jesus
passed by again and took her for His bride. He entered into a covenant
with her (He didnt just move in with her). After she becomes His wife,
He washes her and clothes her. He feeds her with the best of foods. He
treats her as a treasure, not just a body but a person. He then calls her
Exceeding Beautiful. Every man wants to think of his wife
as beautiful. He wants other men to admire her beauty (not lust after her
body) and he is proud of her.
She was famous because of Christs comeliness (magnificence,
splendor, excellency, glorious, goodly, honour, majesty). By aiding the
man in our lives and encouraging him to be godly, his comeliness enhanc-
es our beauty! Every woman, who is born again of the Spirit of God can
wear Christs comeliness if she walks in holiness.
In this chapter the woman is lifted up because of her beauty and
she becomes unfaithful to Christ, the one who provided her beauty, and
she begins to think that it is her beauty that made her good. Next, God
reproves her and brings her back to nothing. She repents and God forgives
and tells her He doesnt even want her sins to be mentioned again. Its
over and she is restored. This chapter represents everything about life. I
would challenge you to study this chapter and put yourself as if you are
Jerusalem. God is not a respecter of persons. He will respond to us just
like He responded to her.
God did put silk on this woman, but He girded her first so every-
thing would not show. He put more jewelry on her than I have ever worn.
Ask yourself, Do you look like God dressed you today?

and I need to dress in a way that I do not embarrass my Heavenly Father.
I am finding it hard to go into the public and watch the dress of the
women as they go by. They seem to be competing with the harlots and
the prostitutes. Instead of us helping to change the prostitutes lives we are
following them into destruction. Why??? Do you want to live the life of
a harlot or a prostitute? Then why dress like them? They have no respect
for their value. Either they have not been taught or they do not care that
they are giving away their treasure for a few dollars. You might say, I
would never do that. Then why dress in a way that would make a man
think you would? If you dress in modesty, then men will know that you
are not for rent. Of course, if you have the heart of an harlot, you wont
want to look like you are satisfied with who you are, and you wont enjoy
holiness!
God says He satisfies the hungry soul. There is a satisfaction to ho-
liness that you cannot explain. You just feel content and satisfied. Women
today are dressing in a way that says they are wanton women. Women
living for the desires of the men of the world. The Bible calls this con-
cupiscence. which means, the desire for the forbidden. Women
who are content in their marriage seldom ever have men hitting on them.
Its alright for men to admire your beauty, but not your body. We are to
attract their attention, not their appetite.
You will find two women in Proverbs. Wisdom and the strange
woman. Wisdom sets her table and invites men to come in to eat of
her table. The strange woman makes her bed and invites men to come
have their fill of love while her husband is away. Which woman are
you? Wisdom takes the foolish man and helps him desire to be wise.
She takes the simple man and helps him become renown. He is bet-
ter for having eaten at her table! The strange womans house leads to
death. Are you being used of Satan to destroy mankind or are you being
used of God to help bring mankind to righteousness and a prosperous
life? Ladies, we are not just part of the woodwork. We are making a dif-
ference to life, one way or another. Wake up! God needs us to be women
who represents godliness to mankind. We have a created mission to help
meet the needs of mankind. Too many of us are Eve and not many are
Sarah. None of us are perfect, but we choose which side we serve! Our
dress announces whose side we are on.
 We live in a divided country and both sides are fighting for what
they believe in. Our children have been taught socialism in our public
schools now for over 50 years. They have also been taught evolution as a
fact. We have failed to teach the truths of Gods Word to our generation
and we are on the verge of losing our God fearing country.

I believe God has given us a window of opportunity to take back

our country. If we do not get on our feet and win (not force) our genera-
tion, we will soon lose all these wonderful freedoms that come from God.

You can find Gods Word all over our country but the letter of the
law killeth. We need to exhibit the Spirit and Power of God to show that
those words are true. Gods people have not lived by faith and the world
has not seen His mighty works for a long long time. Oh, there are some
powerful Christians around, but there are so few, most people will never
meet them. Many years ago I found this verse and took it for my life
verse. Maybe you would like to join me and make this verse your life
verse.

Just think, God is looking for whole-hearted people to work through
