    4. For emergencies, please call on facilities emergency number, which is
    operational 24 X 7 X 365 days
    5. All are requested to follow the matrix for us to deliver on time and effectively

    1. For complaints which are urgent and requires immediate attention after 6:00
    pm, please inform your dedicated security supervisors, who will connect
    internally with the concerned and try to get the issue resolved.
    2. In case the situation goes out of hand on incidents beyond control, one can
    call 100 or Hinjewadi Police Station No: 020 22934622 to seek police help, LR
    security will help / support in such cases
