History

The law firm was founded in 2002 by Bertrand Malmendier as a conscious response to the increasing consolidation of the German
and European legal market, the resulting anonymity of lawyers’ work, and to the diminishing overall quality of legal services.

Since then, we have expanded continuously, constantly improving our range of legal
services. Our new clients include many who value the advantages of a small, flexible
law “boutique” in the high-end legal consulting segment staffed by attorneys who
place the most rigorous demands on the quality of their work. The large majority of
our clients are entrepreneurs, medium-sized enterprises and large companies, as
well as government agencies and public administrative bodies.
