PROCEDURE SHAMPOOING

Work Phase
1. Maintaining privacy
2. Wearing gloves and aprons
3. Replacing the covers clients with a blanket bath
4. Adjust the position of the patient's sleep with the head edge of the bed
5. Put a towel under your head
6. Replacing the bucket covered with a mop

PROCEDURE INJECTION

Procedures for intramuscular injection:


1. Clean the skin where injected with an alcohol swab
2. Hold the skin and muscle area to be injected and then stick a syringe in
position 90 or perpendicular, actions must be precise and fast
3. Once the needle is fully inserted, release the grip of your hand
4. Pull the syringe plunger slowly and do aspiration to check if the syringe
needle is inserted into the blood vessel or not. If blood appears, the needle
immediately withdrawn and the puncture marks pressed area with an alcohol
swab. Then do injection at another location by using a new needle.

Procedure intra dermal:


1. Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab
2. Stretch the skin area to be injected, and then stick the tip of the syringe in
position 10 , the position of the pinhole leads to the upper surface.
3. Then position the needle until the needle penetrates the skin to be aligned
between the stratum corneum layer. Long needles that were not needed
completely stuck but tailored to the needs.
4. If you are sure that the needle was in between the layers of the skin, the
solution in the syringe should be injected.
5. If the injection position is correct, then the surface of the skin will look
bloated, like a sign of fluctuation.
6. After all the solution is injected, the needle is removed slowly and the area of
skin puncture marks removed by using an alcohol swab.

Procedure subkutan:
1. Clean the skin where the injection will be carried out with an alcohol swab
2. Hold the skin area to be injected, and then insert the tip of the syringe in a
tilted position 45
3. If the needle has entered all, release the grip of your hand
4. If you believe that the needle has entered in subcutaneus space, the solution in
the syringe should be injected.
5. After all solution has been injected, the needle is removed slowly and the area
of skin puncture marks suppressed by using an alcohol swab.

Procedure intravenous:
1. Palpation of the arm or cubital fossa to determine the location and choose the
vein.
2. Replace the tourniquet cuff around the upper arm.
3. Clean the skin where injected with an alcohol swab.
4. Injection site injector arrested with his thumb, then begin to stick a
hypodermic needle syringe carefully.
5. Insert the syringe needle while obliquely along the vein to be punctured.
6. Pull the syringe plunger slowly and do aspiration to check if we stick a needle
syringe that has been fully inserted into a vein or not. If blood appears, it
means that the needle has penetrated the vein. If you are not yet apparent
blood, trace to succeed.
7. If you've looked blood, remove the tourniquet and then inject the liquid in the
syringe by pressing the syringe plunger slowly.
8. Once the liquid in the syringe is up, remove the needle slowly after skin

plaster.

PROCEDURE ENEMA

LOW Enema
1. Door closed / pair curtain
2. Wash hands
3. Nurses standing to the right clients and pairs of gloves
4. Pairs placemat
5. Replace blanket bath while clothing detachable bottom clients
6. Adjust the position of the left sim clients
7. Connect hoses and clamps (enclosed) with irigator
8. Fill irigator with a liquid that has been provided
9. Hanging irigator with a height of 40-50 cm from the butt clients
10. Remove the air from the hose to drain fluid into the crooked
11. Install kanule rectus and spread with jelly
12. Enter kanule to the anus, the clamp is opened, enter the liquid slowly
13. If the fluid runs out, hose clamps and remove the cannula and enter it into the
crooked
14. Rearrange the position of the client and ask the client hold briefly
15. Help clients to the toilet if it is capable, if not fixed in the tilted position post a
potty in the buttocks client.

8. Pinch deppers with artery clamps, dip into antiseptic (Betadine gargle + warm
water, wring it out a bit)
9. Clean the oral cavity, teeth, tongue and lips entirely until clean
10. Deppers former to dispose of the crooked
11. Repeat steps 8-10 but teeth cleaned by using Betadine gargle, then wipe and
rinse with warm water
12. Clean and dry lips with a tissue client
13. Apply a lip moisturizer
14. Trim tool and return it to its place
