Every year, most of the families, in global level, live under the limits of poverty.

Every day, most of the people are going to the dirty corners of the large cities

stretching out with shame their hands. Every hour, most of us, lose our jobs without

any prospect. Thus, the results are joblessness, desperation, hopelessness, and anger.

According to recent elements of UNICEF, most of 1.5 billion people from all over the

world are very poor while the 650 million are children. From them, it is estimated that

every year 13 million children and 6.5 million adults are leaded in death because they

don’t have to eat. According to Washington Post, 5 to 10 children live in

consequences of sordid poverty.

The president of World Bank, James D. Wolfensohn revealed that: “There are 100

million poor people, in compare with the previous decade. Most of 125 million

children cannot go to the school. In addition, in Africa has been reduced the limit of

life to 17 years fewer”. In the year of 1985, the starving people were about 20 million,

and 10 years later it has increased at 30 million people. In that period, the governors

were Clinton and Regan. Although, the sordid poverty and the exploitation are

increasing at a quick paces year by year. The exact reason for those consequences is

the globalization in which people do financial exchanges and they have competition

between the countries.

According to UNICEF and the Global Organization of Health, 250.000.000

children 5 to 12 years old all over the world have lack of vitamin “A” as a result those

kids are being blind. In addition, a big rate of children work in the developing

countries under inhuman circumstances. In many countries we can realize that a lot of

people have no food, clean water and a normal place to live. We can see examples

from France, Germany, Great Britain and U.S.A in where people live under the

capitalistic system of the governors. On the other hand, most people in Russia cannot

have the opportunity to spend even more than 1 dollar for their basic needs and more

than 1 million children live in the streets.

James D. Wolfensohn supports that the global population is 6 billion people and

the half of them cannot spend more than 2 dollars in the day and 1.3 billion people

live with less than 1 dollar. Moreover, the poor people compared with the last decade

are 100 million more. In many countries, there are a lot of diseases like AIDS that

Africans confront more than the other countries due to lack of medical care,

educational system and finally, rule of law. Furthermore, in other countries, like

China, a lot of people die because they do not have access in clean water; on the

contrary, they drink polluting water. Some other countries that the children die

because of the undernourishment are Irak, Rouada, and Sudan.

Poor people are not poor because they haven’t got income but because they don’t

have access in the wealth productive sources because some people steal them

destroying the ability to prosper. The richness that accumulated in Europe comes from

those that they steal from Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Without the genocide of

American native tribes, and the Africans slavery, the Industrial Revolution wouldn’t

have created wealth in Europe and U.S.A. When they privatizing the water and the

big international companies win trillions dollars in order to convert it as a

commercialized product, poor people become much poorer. In addition, doctors

increase the prices of the medicines for AIDS from 200 to 20.000 dollars and for the

cancer from 2.400 to 36.000 dollars for one year of therapy.

The European Union Indicate A Special Interest For Africa.

The diseases (AIDS) and the conflicts (Congo, Darfour etc.) compose a few

examples of everyday problems that African continent confront. On the other hand,

Europe has the capability to feed, to construct, to treat, and to finance. So, with its

power is trying to help Africans. In this country, in where the civil war has caused

million died people, has forced the rest of the people to go in other cities of their

country for better quality of life. Thus, Europe is the biggest donor of the financial

support. This offer is helpful mainly for buying food for the victims, for their

accommodation, for access in clean water, for supply of emergent medical care, and

finally for their protection by the conflicts.

Tsunami

In December 26, 2004 a big part of Asian coasts had floods due to the huge waves

as a result the death of thousands of people and financial damages based on

agriculture, tourism, and buildings. The European Union managed to help the

countries that damaged from the Tsunami and most the countries India, Indonesian,

Sri Lanka and Thailand as a result to provide psychological and financial support and

the reconstruct of the buildings.

To sum up, we realize that the poverty, the underdevelopment, and the dependence

in a lot of countries of the world in which many people live under these horrible

circumstances is a result of the global capitalistic system that must change to a Global

Socialistic Revolution.
