the subdivision plan; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 1410, Cad 860-D;
on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 1415, Cad 860-D (Municipal Road); and
on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 1416-B of the subdivision plan;
This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing rules
and regulations promulgated thereunder by Nonito T. Lachica on
June 16, 2012 and was approved on September 7, 2012.
4. That the Petitioner is now the owner of parcel of land known as Lot
1416-A, Psd-4B-002920 by virtue of the aforementioned Deed of Absolute
Sale of Portion of Real Property;
