Up to 70 discount on a selected Bosch Pressure washer 07.06.17 11.07.17

1) Promotion runs from 21st June 2012 to 12th September 2012.
1. The Promotion is the gift from the Promoter of a discount of up to 70 on selected Bosch pressure
washers purchased via the Bosch DIY and Garden online shop (the Gift). It is granted to purchasers of
the Bosch home appliance models, listed below, from participating retailers during the term of the
Promotion. The Promoter must receive a completed and valid claim form in respect of such purchases
before midnight on 12/08/17. This is a consumer only promotion.

2) The Promotion shall only apply to purchases of the following Bosch models:

3) The Promotion shall not apply to purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products
or to trade and contract sales.
4) The selected pressure washers and applicable discounts are listed below. Further
information about these models can be found on the Bosch DIY and Garden online shop or
at www.bosch-home.co.uk/pressurewasher

5) The promotion is available through Euronics retailers only

6) The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

7) The Promotion, which commences on 07/06/17 and ends on 11/07/17, is only applicable to purchases
made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before midnight 12/08/17
and the Promoter shall not accept any claims received subsequently.

8) In order to claim the Gift;
The purchaser must fully complete an online claim including product ENR and FD numbers by visiting
www.bosch-home.co.uk/pressurewasher. The purchaser must also, upload a copy of the original full
purchase receipt that shows the model number and date of purchase. Claims must be received by the
Promoter by midnight on 12/08/17. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order
confirmations shall not be accepted.
a) Customers will receive an acknowledgement via email that their claim has been submitted and is
pending validation.
b) Upon validation of the purchasers claim an email will be sent out to the purchaser which contains
a unique code that can be used on the Bosch DIY and Gardens online shop https://shop.bosch-
do-it.com/gb/en/garden-shop. Customers can choose the pressure washer that they wish to
purchase and enter the discount code at point of purchase of the pressure washer to receive the
promotional saving. The correct saving will automatically be applied according to which pressure
washer is selected e.g. if a customer chooses an AQT 42-13 then a discount of 70.01 will be
applied leaving a balance of 159.98. Free shipping is included on all orders over the value of
50 (Standard Delivery within 2 to 5 working days).
i) Standard Delivery: delivery within two to five working days
Express Delivery: order by 3.00 pm for delivery on the next working day (there are certain
postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within the
timescales stated under Express Delivery, including, but not limited to, Northern Ireland, the
Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Please allow extra time
for the items to arrive. An express delivery order placed on a non-working day will be
delivered on the second working day.
Note. A signature is required for all deliveries. An attempted delivery on the delivery date
means that we have delivered on time.
c) The discount code is valid until midnight on 30/11/17

9) Only one claim per purchase is permitted.

10) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost,
damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Promoter by midnight on 12/08/17. Please note that proof of
sending is not proof of receipt

11) The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to
protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require purchasers to
provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to
reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

12) The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be
entered into.

13) The Promoter reserves the right to change, extend or withdraw the Promotion at any time due to
circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14) The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion due to circumstances beyond
the Promoters reasonable control.

15) Purchasers should allow up to 30 days to receive the Gift (the discount code) from the date of the

 Promoters receipt of claim (consisting of a fully completed claim form and a copy of the proof of
purchase detailing model purchased).

16) Purchasers can email (boschpromotions@360incentives.com) or call the helpline 0808 234 1639 for
assistance between 9am and 5pm GMT, however cannot submit a claim by telephone. (There is no
charge to the telephone number when called from a landline. Calls from mobiles may be charged at
the carriers rates but this varies between operators).

17) The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute gift of equivalent or higher value to a
purchaser in the event of unavailability of the Gift.

18) Please note that there is no cash alternative to the Promotion.

19) All Claim Forms and copy sales receipts, upon receipt by the Promoter, shall become its property and
shall not be returned to purchasers.

20) By submitting a claim, purchasers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

21) The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and
codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions, at any time.

22) The Promoter shall use data submitted by purchasers for the purposes of operating the Promotion
only, unless otherwise stated in the claim details. By submitting a claim, purchasers consent to the
use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Promotion.
