Job Responsibility:
Works as key member of the team and responsible for distribution & follow up of
engineering and drawing related work to meet the engineering schedule.
Perform strength calculations of pressure vessel, Heat exchanger, column and other
process equipment, by manual calculation and by using Compress Codeware & Pvelite,
and ensure approval of design calculation & drawing so as to deliver the correct
solution as required by the customer.
Preparation of equipment layout as per customer specification ,CCOE or other
specification and visiting site for essential measurements and finalizing details with the
clients.
Responsible for executing whole project from the beginning to erection level at site,
approval of change order and other measure deviation.
Participation in U stamp, ISO and other client audit.
Monitoring of engineering activities to keep it in the track of overall project schedule &
reporting the engineering status to the management.
Preparation of material technical specification as per client specification and code for
material procurement, BOM, cutting layout and other misc. activities.
Fabrication drawing preparation guidance to Draughtsman & Drawing verification.
Design calculation for wind & seismic loads, nozzle load analysis as per WRC Bulletin
no. 107 & 297.
Document/drawing submission to client & reply/solution of technical query received
from client related to the project.
Attained proficiency in developing the manufacturing drawings as per the Engineering
Drawings & Specifications Provided by Clients/Consultants.
Effective, efficient & cohesive interaction with field engineers, design & production unit
for smooth running of the project.
Co-ordination with process/civil/instrumentation/electrical department & inspection
agencies in finalizing.

Knowledge of different codes , perform calculation & preparing drawing as per code
ASME accomplishing details related to & other international code, also performing
calculation related to supporting system & other supporting calculation considering
ease of fabrication, testing and minimizing errors at shop floor.
An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational
abilities; possess a flexible and detail-oriented approach.
A team leader and hold skills to work under high pressure.
