GOVERNMENT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

OFFICE OF PLANNING, HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICE

MAYOR'S AGENT FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION
1100 4TH STREET SW, SUITE E650
WASHINGTON, D.C. 20024

HPA Nos. 14-393 and 15-133

In the Matter of:

Application of Vision McMillan

Partners, LLC, and the District of
Columbia Office of the Deputy Mayor
for Planning and Economic Development (the Applicants)

2501 (2507) First Street NW

McMillan Park Reservoir
Square 3128, Lot 800

Order

The hearing upon remand in this matter will be held at 10 am, on Friday, July 14, 2017, at 441
4th Street NW, Room 220-South. In accord with the Order of the Mayors Agent issued on
March 9, 2017, the Applicants are permitted to file a single brief addressing the four issues
identified in Mayors Agents Order dated January 11, 2017. Any such brief must be filed no
later than June 24. Any responses thereto by opposing parties must be filed no later than July 7.
If either the applicants or the opponents believe that issues other than the four specified in the
Mayors Agents Order of January 11, 2017 must be considered on remand, they should so argue
in these briefs.

The Mayors Agents order of March 9, 2017 erroneously limited the parties in opposition who
can participate in the hearing on remand. Consistent with the order of January 11, the opposing
petitioners before the Court of Appeals are recognized as parties for the remand hearing as to the
issues regarding which they had been recognized as parties in opposition in the prior Mayors
Agent proceedings.
