FACULTY PROFILE
Joseph Paulson, an ex military pilot, has over 30 years of experience in the Indian air force and then corporate consulting. He is
an MBA, MS in counselling an NLP Master Practitioner and certified global facilitator for BlessingWhite. He also holds Level
A&B qualification from BPS and has expertise in training and conducting AC/DC, competency mapping, organizational
diagnostics, leadership development and executive coaching. Having worked with over 100 corporations, he is widely
recognized as a change facilitator in the Indian corporate world.

PROGRAM DATES & FEES


The program is being held in Mumbai on January 9 10, 2009.
Fees for this high impact workshop is Rs. 10,500/- (+ service tax @ 12.36%). For International participants it will be USD 250.
The fee is inclusive of the Psychometric Assessment and the Ability test that participants will undergo prior to the program.

PRE-WORK PRIOR TO THE PROGRAM


As part of the pre-work, participants will have to complete 15FQ+ (personality assessment for selection) and IRT2 (an on-line
ability test that supports selection). Participants results will be utilized to learn the integration of psychometrics for high
