EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Contract (contract) is made on 24thday of October
2016 by and between Vihanta Smart Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
(Firm) and Mr. Arjun P (Hereinafter referred to as 'Employee') with
the following terms and conditions;

The employee shall render his
services in Firm as EMF Report

S A L A RY
In reward of the services' rendered by the Employee, Firm
shall pay the Employee the amount of Rs.17,480/-(Rupees
Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred & Eighty Only) as
monthly CTC

As and when monthly salary of the employees is raised,

necessary intimation to this effect shall be conveyed to the
employee through a separate letter issued in this behalf
 DEDUCTION FROM SALARY
Deductions from Salary may be made in respect of the following:
Any amount the deduction of which is authorized by any written law
such as Income-tax, Professions tax etc.,
A reasonable amount for any damage done to, or loss of, any proper
or custody of Firm occasioned by the willful default of the employee.
Any amount in which Firm has no beneficial interest whether di
the employee has requested Firm in writing to deduct from his salary.

NO WORK NO PAY model shall be implemented by the employe

during this period the employer has the right to pay for whatever day
in a month. its up to the employers discretion to decide on this on a cas

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE EMPLOYEE AT THE

TIME OF JOINING.
The employee mandatorily has to submit his original documents
like mark sheets, ID proof, Address Proof, or any Original

document pertaining in his name, which he can collect it back

at the time of leaving the Company.
