Good Day Sir,

After 2 years of dedicated service to the Company, I would like to resign in my

capacity as Electrician effective 23 September 2011. Kindly prepare my
settlement, Exit Permit and other pertinent documents. Non renewal of my
Working Visa beyond the above stated dates would be highly appreciated. I would
like to request further that I be scheduled for a flight back to Manila, Philippines
on the 24th of September 2011.
