furtherhandling(2)TheCompanyshallcontactthevesselsP&Iclub

(3)IfthereisnotimetoconsultwiththeCompany,theMastershallconsiderreturningtoporttaking
thefollowingmattersintoconsideration:

a)TheTimerequiredtoreturntotheportofdeparture

b)TheScheduleofthevessel

c)TheNationalityoftheStowawayandrelatedPoliticalcircumstances

d)Whetherthestowawayhasanidentificationcardornot.(Ifnot,hisdeliveryataportotherthanthe
portofdepartureisverydifficultinmostcases).

Upondiscoveryofastowaway,searchshouldbemadefor

(1)Otherstowawaysespeciallyinthevicinityoftheareawherethestowawaywasfound

Companyanddiscussthedisembarkationpossibilitiesandanydeportationarrangementmadeforthe
stowaway.

TheP&Irepresentativeinthedisembarkationportshallbeinformed.Afterthecompletionofthe
proceduresforthedisembarkationanddeportationofthestowaway,theMastershallincooperation
withthelocalagentmakeafinalreporttotheCompany.

whichshallbeaccompaniedbyacopyofhisidentificationcardandphotograph.

DocumentsforP&Iinsurancesettlement

TheMastershallpreparethefollowingdocumentsandsubmittotheCompany,sincethecostsforthe
disembarkationanddeportationofstowawaysmayberecoverablefromtheP&IClubItalsomaybe
containedanycostsfordeviation,communicationcosts,overtimeofthecrew,costofmealsfor
stowaways,costsforarrangementofguardsofstowaways.
