Horizontal style instead of vertical style.)

Meter Reader should also take figure dial

reading. (As per following Sample)

Meter Reader should take meter reading

3 within distance of 4 to 6 inch from dial.

 While taking meter reading of heighted meter,
Meter Reader should focus/zoom and try to
take image as clear as possible.
