QUOTATION NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited for disposal unserviceable damaged and broken
miscellaneous dismantled building items. The material shall be disposal of on as is where is
basis in one lot. Interested parties may submit their offer in two separate sealed covers one for
depositing earnest money and other for the offer.

1. Earnest money deposit must be made in the form of DD/Pay order of any scheduled bank
authorized by Central Government for an amount equivalent to Rs. 20,000/- in favour of Sr.
AO/CAU/CWG/DDA payable in New Delhi.

2. For inspection of material the quotationers / parties may contact Assistant Engineer - IV/
CGD-6/DDA, Gate No. 3, SurajmalVihar, Yamuna Sports complex, Delhi-110092 on any
working day from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. Interested parties shall inspect the material before
quoting the rates and collect the quotation schedule.

3. After acceptance of the highest bid/quotation, 90% of the quotation amount shall be
deposited in the shape of DD/Pay order, within 7 days from the date of issue of the
acceptance of bid.

4. After making full payment the material shall be lifted within 15 days, failing which a penalty
@2.5% of quoted amount per day shall be charged as storage/ watch and ward charges.

The sealed quotation will be received in the office of the Executive Engineer,
Commonwealth Games Division no. 6, DDA, near Hasanpur Depot, Opp. Singla Sweets,
MadhuVihar, Delhi-110092 on 10.08.2010 upto 3.00 pm and will be opened at 3.30 pm o the
same day in the presence of intending quotationers/ parties or their representatives, who may like
to be present.
