Directions for All Body Shop Repair Kits

1. Clean surface with 60-grit flex/flap wheel to
remove any imperfections.
2. Clean surface with Clean Prep to remove
contaminants.
3. Apply a bead of Door & Roof Panel Adhesive
to mating surfaces
Note: Do not spot weld through product,
leave a two inch gap between adhesive and
spot weld point.
4. Lay roof skin onto roof structure and clamp.
5. Allow product to set up, 2-3 hours.
6. Seal roof seams with Bare Metal Seam
Sealer as per manufacturing instructions
7. Seam underside of mating surfaces with
Bond & Seal as per manufacturing
