TRUMPCARE OR OBAMACARE? FILM ABOUT A MORE AFFORDABLE OPTION.

On Monday, June 19th, Fix It: Health Care at the Tipping Point will be screened at the Green-
wich Free Library at 7 pm. The new one-hour documentary traces the 2-year journey of American
businessman Richard Master as he searches for a solution to escalating health care costs that are
suffocating his business.Following the film, there will be a community discussion about the New
York Health Act, passed by the NYS Assembly in May. This single-payer system will provide
health care to all New Yorkers and save billions of dollars. This event is sponsored by Greenwich
Indivisible New York and is free and open to all. For more information, please contact Tracy at

CRANKCASE In 2017, the fourth and sixth grades from the Village School of North Bennington
NYS DMV #3580143 93 State Route 4 gather in front of the Statue of Liberty and sing their hearts out while their teachers,
518-695-3545 Greenwich, NY 12834-9607 Head of School, and parents snap photograph after photograph on cell phones and digital
cameras. Their young voices, full of wonder and hope and something far more patriotic
than anything I have ever heard, lift the lyrics of She Still Carries a Torch up through
the air; and I imagine that Lady Liberty can hear their sweet melody over the hum and
buzz of the Big Apple below.

the variety of partners and work involved in constructing
this exciting new center of tourism for the area. The event
will begin at 11:00am at the front of the construction site
facing Ferry Street/Route 29 in Schuylerville. Following
the event, partner organizations will be on hand at a
community festival space onsite to celebrate the new center.

GOURMET DINNER TO BENEFIT HAYNES HOUSE-Savor an authentic Tuscan dinner in a
beautifully restored barn at 6 p.m. on July 16, 2017, when Dancing Ewe Farm in North Granville
presents a memorable gourmet dinner to benefit the Haynes House of Hope. The setting for the four-
course dinner is much like a local Trattoria in Tuscany. A limited number of tickets will be sold,
creating a very intimate dining experience. Dinner will consist of Aperitivo, Antipasto, Primo Piatto,
Secondo Piatto con Contorno, Dolce and wine from the Maremma region of Tuscany, imported by
Dancing Ewe (one bottle per couple). In addition, guests can tour the farm, see the cheese house, the
sheep and the working sheep dogs. Dancing Ewe Farm is owned and operated by Jody and Luisa
Somers. The couple breeds East Friesian sheep for their milk, which is used in the production of
authentic Italian cheeses. Luisa is a native of Tuscany. She brings her family recipes to the Dancing
Ewe dinners, creating a genuine Italian dining experience that is rare in upstate New York. Tickets
for this benefit dinner are $85 per person. They can be purchased online at www.dancingewe.com/
Tickets.html or by calling the farm at 518-642-8199. Dancing Ewe Farm is located at 181 County
Route 12, Granville, New York.
