Re: Moving-Up and Completion Rites Guidelines

Dear Parents:
As we altogether celebrate one of the great moments of your childs high school life, we thank God for the
graces He has wonderfully bestowed on you and your family. As your partner in the total formation of your
child, we wish that this occasion will lead you to appreciate our strong home-school collaboration.
Below please find the details for the practices for the Ceremony itself:

March 24, 2017 Deadline of payment for Moving-Up Ceremony Fee
The total fee is PhP 1,677 (boys) Ph 1,577 (girls)
March 27-31 , Practices for the Moving-Up Ceremony.
(8:00AM-4:00PM)
April 1, Saturday, 5:00PM General Guidelines: The ceremony is formal and solemn, neat
and simple.
Offering of garlands and corsages by friends and relatives may
be done only after the ceremony.

There is an official photographer who will cover the ceremony so

as to avoid unnecessary movements from the audience.

The program will start on time.

Girls: The attire should be according to official specifications.

Hair neatly tied, accessories only in back. Light make up. Black
shoes with 2 inch heels.

Boys. The symbolic attire should be according to official

specifications. Hair neatly cut and combed according to
standards. Black shoes, black socks, green pants.

Parents and/or guardians and guests to honor the ceremony in

formal attire.
