above session The group who probably does not
know each other properly would be asked to
note down feedbacks about the others and this
will be revealed and opened up in the last part
of the program.

how its is necessary to own a customer , be
ethical in your dealing. Build in this qualities
and the impact that it will have on your career
I suggest if we can a special Lunch with Anadi,
Diana and Arvind also included I guess would
be impactful.

8 Ice Break session Safari Trip

Some Movie will be showed, some airtel ads will

be showed. The concepts of Moment of Truth
9 Moments of the Truth will be explained with examples
This will be a concept to build in Energy . Again
I suggest that Diana and Arvind should Join me
in this program and Anadi boss should be a
spectator in the series.( This will ensure team
