Have your say about estate parking

Changes are planned for estate parking next year and the TMO has invited all residents to give their feedback by 12 October.
The planned changes include a proposal which will allow the tenants of homeowners to be charged for parking permits at the
standard residents rate. You can give your feedback at www.kctmo.org.uk/parkingchanges

Please note that these changes will not affect Elm Park Gardens and Edenham Way.

Contractor framework agreements

You received a notice in September last year about our intention to procure Delivering excellent
frameworks for the delivery of capital works programme to blocks. We have started services through
the procurement process and as part of this process you will receive a second stage resident-led management
consultation notice in the next few months, when we will invite your views and 1996 - 2014
comments.

We have received excellent feedback since the launch of
TMO Online Service last year and were looking to develop
this service further. If you have any suggestions, please

Our colleagues in Assets and Regeneration have been
holding FutureFit roadshows to talk to residents about
improving homes and surroundings. So far the roadshows
have been to Pond House and Notting Barns estates.

Extending your lease
Your lease agreement is limited and will end after some
time. If you require more information, there is an Extension
of leases booklet available at www.gov.uk/government/
publications/extension-of-leases. We can also provide you
with a copy. Further information is available through the
Leasehold Advisory Service at www.lease-advice.org. We
always recommend that you seek independent advice.

Building insurance making a claim Further information

Ocaso Claims Department
Ocaso is your building insurer, policy number 267955. Davies Managed Systems
If theres damage to your home you have 90 days in which to
make a claim. Once you have contacted them, they will take 0844 856 2032
all the relevant information for a claim statement. claims@davies-group.com
Ocaso will then check if youre covered and send you a copy
of the statement. You will need to sign and return it with the
relevant supporting information.

The building insurance policy schedule sets out which

damages are covered. You can get a copy of this by calling Earle Harriott has replaced
