The Board of Directors


-The primary responsibility of the board of directors is to protect the shareholders' assets and
ensure they receive a decent return on their investment.

I. Managing Director

-works for charting the blueprint of policies and implements them for the improvement of the
firm. He acts as a head of the firm scrutinizing, assessing and monitoring various departments. The
heads of all departments are answerable to him and he is answerable to the customers, board of
directors about the firm's performance.

A. Manager engineering & contracts


-supervising engineers or engineering technologists, project management, working with clients,
and providing advice and acting as a resource.

1. Head design & drafting


-responsible for overall production work completed by the design team.

2. Bid evaluation & estimation


-estimates the project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other
tender requirements

3. Head project control & planning


- responsible for the provision of Project Controls activities

B. Manager services and procurement department


-is to plan, execute and finalize the purchasing and procurement strategies.

1. Head repair and maintenance


- detecting defects and reporting to the manager services

2. Procurement
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating
requests. Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials
when necessary.

C. Manager personnel & finance


- To establish and maintain financial and management procedures and Ensure, delegating as
appropriate, that each service location is adequately managed, staffed and resourced

1. Accountant
- is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial
information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure
appropriate accounting control procedures.
2. Supervisor services
- manages the front-line customer service representatives.

D. Manager construction
- plan and coordinate construction projects.

1. Head site workshop


- responsible for the overall operation of the site

1.1 Personnel & finance


- responsible for developing, monitoring and maintaining internal financial
controls including, but not limited to: financial journals and reconciliation; year-end
closing; contractual write-offs authorization; cash-deposit and credit card activity and
reconciliation;

1.2 Technical office


- plans and supervises activities in various fields, including electronic information
processing, data systems and computer programming. The officer may also engage in
troubleshooting or repair work if required.

1.3 Procurement
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments
originating requests.

1.4 Contract Execution


- executes and controls supply related operations for customer contracts
according to agreed objectives, cost budgets, valid laws and regulations, agreements,
instructions and the company polices.

1.4.1 Construction machinarary


- work on construction sites and they have the responsibility of
operating heavy equipment.

1.4.2 Work group


-executes project constructions

1.5 Surveying
- makes precise measurements to define and determine property boundaries for
private and government organizations and individuals.

1.6 HSE officer


- A health, safety and environmental (HSE) officer makes sure a company's
building meets federal regulations regarding safety. HSE officers look for and report on
potential hazards in the workplace, and aim to make improvements on such.
